Chapter 107 - Coronation and Promises “Are you ready for this?” Maxton asked, his hand tightened slightly around Georgia’s as they stood behind the grand golden doors of the palace’s throne room. Georgia drew a slow breath, her fingers instinctively brushing against the fabric of her coronation gown. It was elegant, shimmering with fine threads of silver and gold, symbolizing her role as the bridge between strength and grace. She met Maxton’s gaze, her heart pounding beneath her ribs as she replied. “Ready or not, there’s no turning back now.”

The great audience hall buzzed with restrained tension as the neutral houses arrived under heavy escort.
