I quickly got Gatsby his kibble and some water. When the cat was happily eating, I turned my attention to Gabe. "What ya got there?" I sat on a barstool and swiveled closer to him. He glanced around sheepishly before heaving the book on the counter. Moments before I saw the cover up close, I'd imagined it to be a book from Professor Pops' Museum of the Supernatural, and worried Gabe stole it. No one was to touch those pages. Turned out the book was nothing mystical, just page after page of whimsical dresses by the designer Vera Wang.

She ran into several dorm residents who stared at her in astonishment. Lyla descended the stairs quickly, then walked out of the building, and stepped into the library building that Louisa had pointed out a moment ago. "Name?" asked the short-nosed and pointy-eared creature with wrinkled pink skin. At first glance, he looked like an old man, with minimal white hair, showing his scalp. His name is Mister Burgog---a Goblin---the librarian. "Lyla Helliwell." Mr. Burgog wrote Lyla's name on a small piece of paper then took a duplicate and put it in a drawer.

I giggled to myself in the corner of the library. "Continue with the book... About various races!?" I opened a different book. "Hmm that's right, there were goblins and trolls yesterday," I said while reading a book that had pictures of race examples. "Human skip, Elf!? Elves!? Vampires and werewolves too!? Ahhh I want a girl Elf ehh.. I have 4 twins to find!" I didn't read the whole thing, but just looked at the types and went on to the next book.

She had to ask. “No. Only because it gets changed every month. I have my room stocked with books every month.” He winked at her, proud of himself. Gabriel always pride himself when it came to books, no one in the pack can match up to him when it came to intelligence as well. He read all types of books, novels, and educational writings. Fictions. Biography. Horror. Newspapers. Politics. He was the man. He was good.

Moka explained in her nasal voice. That was another thing Germaine noticed. Where Zar's voice was smooth and normal, the other goblins had nasal voices, as if they had something stuck inside their nostrils. The male goblin was hairy with overgrown beards decorated with beads, bones, and teeth. Both male and female were short, with bodies that rose not taller than her waist and wrinkled skin like it wanted to belong on a taller person but had to make do. Yet, what they lacked in height, they made up for in strength.

Those eyes of hers grow lifeless, Garth is too late to act. The goblin stands up and lucky for Garth, the dead body and the way it is hand conceals his visage for now. A green hand is pressed on the dead body's lower stomach. A firm open palm first before switching to the back of his hand. “Cunt died on me.” He says under his breath. He grabs a piece of paper from the back deck of his cell room and then begins to read it. It’s a log of all their kidnaps and the ones that are ready and prepped for selling. While he walks over to the dead dwarf, he reads these logs unnoticing the large man. Through the paper, he feels a large hand on his face, propelled outward and gripping his visage. Garth’s
