He tells her about the cultist, the Outer Gods, and the characteristics of those Outer Gods according to the information he got from Olympus. Tian Xiulan listened to his worry without interruption while thinking about how to help her husband until Zhu Wushang finished telling her about it. “So… you get the feeling that those Outer Gods might do anything bad while you are in Alexandria or investigating the clue about The Black Merchant?” Tian Xiulan summarizes. “That’s the sum of it…” Zhu Wushang nodded. Tian Xiulan turns Zhu Wushang's body toward her before looking straight at Zhu Wushang’s eyes.

she asked Nix. Kord groaned. "Come on!" Kiema stabbed a finger in his direction. "Shut it, Nerdy Noah." She looked back at Nix. "Well?" "Then the gods and goddesses will once again rise to full power. And they will hunt you and all of your loved ones down. They will make you a message and example for everyone who thinks to rise against them." "Circle of the Reckoning, it is, then," Kiema said. "Back to Scarlet, Goddess of the Night, and assassination attempts," Asher said.

Silenus, his friend and familiar, calls it the 'Dionysus Effect', since he seemed to emit more of the scent when focusing too hard or churning with a lot of emotions. The god of wine musters his force to finish the last few lifts in his exercise session when the swing of the oak door catches his attention. From the echoes that resonate outside the four walls of the room, he can hear the centaurs practicing their archery with the maenads - the female worshippers of the wine god. The idea of the two beings having a shooting contest together is what comes to his mind. His thoughts were interrupted as a familiar voice rang from behind, making him turn just in time to see his trusted friend, the

It would only shorten his odds of success in the end. “Gods have classifications. The classifications are in two forms. The kind of power the god possesses and its use, and the age and origins of the god. In terms of age, gods can be classified into Origin, Elder, or New Age Gods. Origin Gods are gods that have been around since the age of the Origin King. They are so called because no one knows their true age. Elder Gods are gods that may not have lived as long as Origin Gods but are definitely not young. They have lived for over two hundred million years. However, over the years people have grown to refer to some of the oldest Elder Gods as Origin Gods because most have forgotten their ori

I crouch down, narrowing my eyes on the strange symbols covering the page, drawn by hand over the text. The text is still legible, somewhat. “It’s said a night will come when the moon does not rise, and the heavens stand still in watch, as the old gods make their final stand against the Goddess of the Moon. Her banished companion, her eternal guard, will ride again, and face its other half on a field of blood. The victor will either usher the moon once more, and the Goddess will reign for her rightful eternity, or the veil will lift, and the old gods will come back to power, those followers of her holyness disappearing into mist and ash.”

Eician risked a peek up at him only to get caught by bright gold eyes observing him. “I feel like it would be rude to swear by an omega god’s name,” Trace quipped, and Eician nodded at him, feeling oddly shy and flustered after Dyllen’s gaze. “I- it is,” he confirmed. “Orun i- isn’t just the alpha god. The very Orraikam I protect, the remnants of Fretez’s magic, only exists because a Goddess thought screwing over two other Gods would be amusing. I’ve always defended the Gods, but fucking hell, no wonder most people hate them. We’re all suffering because of their petty fucking drama. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

As Eyrotians gathered to celebrate, allies of the kingdom, merchants and invited guests also gathered to partake in the blessings. The people took their places on the seats carved out of stone, the drummers, harpists, the cymbalists and the men blowing the horn made their music as they moved to the circular
