DragonBorn

DragonBorn

Thick brown wings with dangerous looking talons bordering it flapped behind him, causing his brown hair to fly about his face. "'Tis nigh impossible, my liege. The crown never moves until the Lord is dead. 'Tis the way of things." Lord Vas let go of my hand and stroked his bare chin with it. "Aye Ferrin. So we thought, until this morn. Allow me to show you."He said and snapped his fingers. The sound of metal clashing against glass filled the air and i craned my neck in the direction of it. I sucked in breath sharply as did everyone else around me. A transparent rectangular box made of glass was being carried in by a man who seemed to have a problem with it, since it was moving. Not

The Dragon King's Seduction

The Dragon King's Seduction

He frowns slightly. “I have only ever heard of something like it. The stories of the past say it is the sign of the true ruler… They say the very first Dragon was born with a gold crown engraved into his forehead. I thought it was a fable… a myth, but we are proof that it is not a myth,” Agnarr says, brushing his fingers across my forehead. “Also, I think it suited you perfectly. Yet another sign that you are all I need and I was right in making you the Drækaari.” His face becomes serious and I tilt my head.

ICICLES OF GOLDEN BLOOD

ICICLES OF GOLDEN BLOOD

The brief fight paved the way for some Ayruzians to gossip about Akshara and Dev, who stood behind Akshara. “Why our crown prince is defending that barmaid?” “Maybe she is his possession” “When they tested her virginity, they found the trace of golden blood in her.” “What’s that mean?” “Only two dragons have golden blood in the entire cosmos. One is his father, other is him. As you know about his father, it’s our crown prince’s golden blood. He has imprinted on her, probably.” “What?” “Can’t you see the human is marked as possession of our crown prince?”

Dark Dragon

Dark Dragon

Drago had a death grip on her arm, trying to calm her, but who could be calm at a time like this? The golden beast lumbered toward them, then stopped directly in front of Drago, letting out a low growl, steam puffing from it’s huge nostrils. When Drago growled in return, Madchen jumped, trying to free herself from Drago’s grip, but he wasn’t letting her go.

I love this book! The story is very captivating! My only complaint is that some chapters are repeated and some excerpts of chapters are repeated, causing you to pay more than what is worth. But that isn't on the author and should be fixed by Good Novel.

The Silver Dragon

The Silver Dragon

Dad shakes his head. “What about silver dragons,” asks dad. “You said to read about the six different types of dragons,” says Owen. “I said there are six different types aside from the silver dragons,” dad says with an annoyed look on his face. “I guess I will have to cover that part for you. Listen up cause I’m only going to go over this once. Silver dragons are silver in color however, when the light shines on them they tend to shimmer a pastel rainbow color which makes them look exceptionally beautiful. They can control all the elements and they are the only dragons that are able to transform into humans and have the ability to teleport. This is due to the original silver dragon’s mother

The Dragon King's Pet

The Dragon King's Pet

Her eyes never left her husband who was leaning against his chair. “We've ruled this kingdom for nine hundred years before Vincent's father took over. And now, his son." Mr Gael started. He pushed to rest his face on his right hand with a long sigh. " I've never set my eyes on a dragon this huge Roseline. That dragon isn't a shifter. It's what we have been looking for for the past generations,” he concluded. Roseline dropped the teacup on the well polished jade tray and raised her head to meet his eyes. "What are you trying to suggest? Coincidence happen–”

Alpha Erik

Alpha Erik

I nodded as I looked down at the tiny box in my hand. I opened the lid, and a gold ring formed into the shape of a dragon staring back at me. An orange stone that looked to have fire frozen within it formed the eyes. Its wings were flat against its body, and its legs sat as though they were wrapped around a tree, its tail spiraling downwards too.

Don’t let the price of the chapters fool you, these are the longest chapters I’ve ever seen. The price is well worth the amount you’re receiving. One of the best books yet, not only does the author do a wonderful job telling the story but also keeps you intrigued the entire time.

Love how this story is written. I have read the entire series and I can say it is a whirlwind of emotions. Alpha Erik is the first of the five book series and it stole my heart from the start. Definitely worth the read! Big chapters too!

Everlasting Fire

Everlasting Fire

When he wanted to, he could look like a purely murderous creature. His dragon was equally as impressive. He was still small, considering he was only seventeen, but he was a deep ruby red dragon. Garren confirmed that he was a fire dragon, and with time he would be able to emit enough heat to melt gold with just a touch of his fingers. He could already make small flames form in his palms.

This book is by far one of the best books I have read on here. Many laughs and many, many tears. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a strong female lead along with supernatural entities. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Wonderful book though there are gruesome and painful torturous moments but the main lead is a brave, strong, kind hearted, positive and loving lady. Her positive outlook and disposition is commendable. Plenty of twist, hope, love lovely moments then psin real painful to read.. Hope for more lovely b

Frequently Asked Questions

A wyvern is a legendary creature that shares similarities with dragons but has distinctive features that set it apart. Originating mainly from European folklore and medieval heraldry, wyverns have captivated imaginations for centuries as fierce, winged beasts. Understanding what defines a wyvern helps clarify its role in myths, art, and symbolism.

Key Characteristics of a Wyvern Two Legs, Two Wings: Unlike traditional dragons, which usually have four legs and two wings, wyverns have only two legs and two wings. This gives them a more streamlined, bird-like appearance in flight.

Tail with a Sting or Barb: A hallmark of the wyvern is its long, often barbed tail. Many legends describe this tail as venomous or capable of delivering a deadly sting, similar to a scorpion’s tail.

No Fire-Breathing: While dragons are often depicted breathing fire, wyverns typically do not have this ability. Instead, their threat comes from physical attacks like biting, clawing, and using their venomous tail.

Venom and Poison: Some folklore and artistic representations assign venomous qualities to wyverns, either through their stinger or even poisonous blood, enhancing their fearsome reputation.

Wyverns in Mythology and Culture European Heraldry: Wyverns are a popular emblem in coats of arms, flags, and crests across Europe. They symbolize strength, protection, and sometimes warlike prowess. Their distinctive silhouette makes them ideal for bold heraldic designs.

Folklore and Literature: Throughout medieval stories and myths, wyverns often appear as dangerous beasts guarding treasures or terrorizing villages. They are sometimes portrayed as lesser or younger cousins of dragons but retain their own unique identity.

Modern Depictions: Today, wyverns feature prominently in fantasy literature, video games, and films, often blending traditional traits with creative new ones. Their two-legged form distinguishes them clearly from four-legged dragons, adding variety to the portrayal of mythical reptiles.

How Wyverns Differ from Dragons Feature Wyvern Dragon Number of Legs 2 4 Wings 2 2 Tail Barbed, often venomous Usually not barbed or venomous Fire-Breathing Generally no Commonly yes Symbolism War, protection, speed Power, wisdom, magic

Summary The wyvern dragon is a unique mythical creature defined by its two-legged, two-winged form and often venomous tail. While closely related to dragons in folklore and symbolism, wyverns have their own distinct identity, especially in heraldry and medieval tales. Their combination of reptilian and avian traits continues to inspire fantasy storytelling and artistic expression today.
