Beside me, Geneva kept hassling me about going back to gather evidence. “Why are you so calm about this? You were the one who said you wanted to come back to expose the truth. Why aren’t you doing anything now that you’re back?” I pulled Geneva into my embrace and said with a laugh, “There’s no rush. What, are you worried that I won’t make enough money from this workshop to maintain your lifestyle? I’m just waiting for Zachary to panic and incriminate himself.” As I expected, Zachary started to panic upon finding out that I was back after having won Dr. Hubbard’s recognition.

"Jolene is the real victim here, yet he keeps clinging to her like a leech." Then, my grandfather's furious response followed as he used all his strength to slap Leon. In black letters the box read "Tiffany & Co." I opened the box to reveal a small bag that also read Tiffany & Co. I opened the small bag and reached in to grab the piece of metal a felt. I slowly pulled out a sterling silver chain. Along the chain was a beautiful sterling silver snowflake. It was the most perfect thing I could've gotten. I smiled lightly as I unlatched the hook and put the necklace on.

"Are you all fucking deaf? I said get the fuck out of here! Now!" Once everyone had left, Damon stood a far distance from where Eloise currently was. The boy knew that she needed space. Eloise Kingston was not one to cry in public spaces or that's what Damon knows. Because over the years he'd come to know her, she too stubborn, too annoying for him, and too proud to cry in front of anyone. It made him uncomfortable to see someone crying or even hear someone cry. But in that moment, him hearing her crying and her silently whimpers, it made him wonder why he stayed in his position in the first place when he knew for a fact that crying made him uncomfortable.

The roar of the wind devoured every other sound, yet somewhere inside its fury she thought she heard whispers, faint and impossible, growing clearer the higher they climbed. I had to climb a mountain and beg for it. I opened my mouth to speak, but it felt as though there was cotton stuffed down my throat—I couldn't make a sound. Ray narrowed his eyes at me from behind Nadia. "Is there a problem?" he silently warned me. Snapping back to reality, I released her arm. "Sorry—that's a beautiful pendant," I said to her. "Thank you," Nadia replied.

This went on for about ten minutes until they felt a rush of the wind, which was confusing since there were no windows in the sanctuary. The wind stopped and the witch head opened her golden eyes quickly and stood up, she began to yell out words that were probably not in the English dictionary, or any other dictionary to be precise. In a matter of seconds, everything went back to normal and the salt scattered round the room, the witch head went over to them and said, “I know what you need”, “We need something?”, Fredrick whined, he was hoping she would just say a few words and the alpha king would be fine once again,
