Empress of the World

Empress of the World

He would not allow the woman he loved be taken from him. Just then the water rose around them, lifting the humans from the riverbed and high into the air. The water nymph took shape and had each of them in one of her shapeless watery arms. "You came back!" Aurora cried happily. The nymph said something in reply that they did not know, but the gnomes did. They began hurling curses at the nymph. One gnome threw his knife, which sailed through the watery body without causing injury. "Can you get us out of here?" Devrim asked politely. The nymph nodded and began her trek upriver holding her new friends. The gnomes tried to wade in after them, but came back to the shore. They chased them alongsid

What a beautiful book! A must read for all that love to dive into a wonderful fantasy novel. Enough twists and turns to keep you interested... The surprising lack of fillers just keeps the story going and focused... Quality writing is getting even rarer these days. This book's a gem...

THE FORGOTTEN LUNA

THE FORGOTTEN LUNA

“No, not here. There might be water nymphs here. They usually come out at midnight, and who knows, they might have the approval of the King to allure participants.” “So, are they going to use other species against us?” Draco asked. “They did in the past. Made it easier to eliminate participants.” He replied, and we began walking again. “I was actually expecting a water nymph earlier in the lake, but nothing came. But we’d better prepare than get surprised.” “Tell us more,” I said. “Nothing really to tell. We all know they can allure us with their voice and by locking eyes with them, so whenever we are around bodies of water, make sure to use your hearing wisely. You want to hear the approach

I started this book back in Dec when it had maybe 60 chapters. The slow updates turned me off, so I started another book that was started in Dec. The book is completed today with 157 chapters yet this 1 still hasn't made any progress. Waste of my time. It’s been 4 mths N only 40 added chapters. Smh.

Fire and Water

Fire and Water

“Most people equate water solely with Poseidon, but they forget that there is another deity who has dominion as well: Thetis.” Blakeney stared intently into her eyes. “She is the goddess of the sea and birthed demigod children as well, Achilles being one of her most famous. The point is,” he pressed on, “that whoever is the element of water may very well contain not only Poseidon blood on both sides, maternal and paternal, but Thetis as well. This is something the enemy may not have thought of yet, so I want you to assemble a list of potential candidates whom fit that description as well. Can you do that?” Eliza nodded. “yes, sir.”

Finding Him

Finding Him

Everyone honors Venus for this, they believe she produces very pure and faithful prostitutes to serve the kings of the lands that surrounded the relm. The pugmy lilv, white water lilv, yellow pond lilv, the nymphaea candida, nymphaea pubescens; nelumbo nucifera, azolla filiculodides and fragrant water lilv adorned the water leaving only a narrow pathway to the stairscase. Aphrodite made her way up the stairs as the giggles and chatter got louder. Stepping into the virgin room the door had again opened by themselves for her.

I've only read 15 chaps so far, but this is a good piece. Though I think it needs a bit editing, but it's still a loveable story. I love the MC and her personality, more to rational and realistic. Hope MC won't end with the prince or other 'fishes', but still have her happy ending. Good job, Author~

Descendant of the moon goddess.

Descendant of the moon goddess.

"Not bad. I’m popular with the boys already, I got the girls drooling, and this pretty Luna by my side all day. What more can I ask for?" I smiled; Eric was back to his player ways already; he had always had his way with women. It’s no wonder the moon goddess hadn’t granted him a mate yet. "Whose she?" I asked, staring at the pretty girl seated a few meters from Eric’s table. "I don’t know. I heard she’s a member of the outcasts, the Grey pack. "She’s pretty stunning," I replied, still staring. The scent was getting stronger. "She’s an outcast, Jayden, a member of the Grey pack."

In the Name of the Sacred Tree

Zoey asked curiously. I then explained to Zoey why she needed to change her name again. I think changing Zoey's name was important to obscure her identity from people who might be looking for her. Moreover, Zoey was free from the brothel. That meant anyone could approach Zoey if they found out the truth. “I see,” Zoey said, “then what name are you going to give me? "You have a sweet voice. In Greek mythology, there were nine goddesses of the show known as the Goddess of the Muses. One of them was nicknamed The One with the Golden Voice.

Paper Hearts: Clashing of Clans

Basil answered. “That’s Aquarius. Do you know about him?” Basil shook his head. “Well Aquarius is Latin for ‘cup bearer’ or ‘water bearer.’ The story of Aquarius in Greek mythology is that there was a beautiful Phrygian boy, Ganymede, who was carried off to Mount Olympus by an eagle and he became the cupbearer to Zeus. And he became the representation of Aquarius. In some stories they say that Zeus himself was the eagle that abducted him to Mount Olympus.” “What’s a…Phrygian?” Basil asked when Jaxsen had finished speaking.

Vivian's Awakening

“She tamed the wild beasty.” Leon snarled at Jason, causing him to stop his childish laughter. “So Jordyn is?” Jason tried to recover. “She’s my great granddaughter.” “What about Vivian?” Jade crossed her arms over her chest as she spoke. “I just said that they were deemed nymphs by the gods and goddesses above.” “So, who’s coming for them?” Jayce asked.
