THE BURNT FACE LUNA

THE BURNT FACE LUNA

She was curvy, with large, glowing eyes that seemed to hold the secrets of the deep. "Whoa!" Gage gasped, his hooves treading rhythmically in the shallows. "What on earth is that?" Sofia asked, her eyes wide with shock. "A water nymph," Charles whispered, his voice sounding ancient and weary. "I haven't seen one of her kind since the Renaissance. Truly a magnificent creature, though quite a handful."

I ask ready to murder if he has always had this skill. "From the nymphs." He takes a sip and taking one look at my clueless face he explains. "They are female deities associated with nature and the one who gave me these was a dryad, a forest nymph. They live up in the trees and are extremely timid so they do not usually come out freely in public." "So they are like fairies?" I imagine a small girl in green with beautiful wings shyly pass Will the drinks and instantly fly off as he says his thanks.

Empire of Desires - Tales Fantasy World of Passion 1

Adonis and Achilles participated in an embrace with Aurora in the middle of them, amidst their kisses, lips and pulling her so that each of them could have their chance. The woman was the filling of a very tasty sandwich, she was theirs, at least for a long time, they were rolling, taking her towards the room, next to Anúchis and Amphitrite who was in the arms of the Egyptian god. Meanwhile, Anúkis and I were getting to know each other better, he was in his most beautiful form, a god among his subjects, with the power of the waters at his disposal. Both being gods of water, they understood each other well, even if they were from other worlds, he was an Egyptian god and Amphitrite was a Greek

Eli explained. "You expect me to believe this?" she questioned. Eli gently guided her to the next group of people dancing more effortlessly, fair-like, and beautiful. One girl had emerald green scaly skin with yellow cat-like eyes, and another looked like the waves of the water, different shades of blue and white from her dress to her hair. "Nymphs," Eli explained, "They all have different strengths. Like Bashira, she's a snake type; Allura, she controls water elements; Lewellyn, a nature type."

Hades |Lesbian Version|

Hades |Lesbian Version|

"Are you one of the palace maids?" "No!" the nymph growled, feeling offended. "I'm Minthe, daughter of the Underworld river god Cocytus and a beloved of Hades." Persephone immediately felt that she did not like the nymph. Now she was surprised even more to find out that this was Hades' lover. The maiden felt her empty stomach churn. It was like the sting of a thousand bees had pierced her being. Persephone had never known this kind of anguish before, and that confused and enraged her all at once.

The Baron's Cold Proposal

The Baron's Cold Proposal

It felt a perfect fit and he had slept every night holding her in that position, nestled together. Felix also taught Athena further on Roman and Greek mythology, including pointing out the different types of nymphs that were sneakily hidden in and amongst the mosaics depicting friendly woodland scenes. These were beings who lived to tease and manipulate humans and gods, sometimes falling in love with them, sometimes chasing them to the ends of the earth to capture the man they wanted.

A wonderful story full of characters you love to love and ĺove to hate. I echo the sentiments around the ending but I'm relieved at the lack if true redemption arc (told you - characters you love to hate!)

Warning ends with a .... cliffhanger with no sequel. Great book overall by a talented author. I recommend it, and the cliffhanger doesn't ruin the book. It honestly do with a round of editing for character names being mixed up. This is one of the author's earlier books and is worth the read!

Bow Echo

Bow Echo

“No, this isn’t your run of the mill psycho. It is much, much worse than that. She’s one of the Lamides. They were Dionysius nursemaids. In a jealous fit, Hera drove them mad to kill the baby god in revenge for Zeus’ unfaithfulness. They slaughtered everyone, but Hermes saved Dionysius in time.” “It was not our fault,” Lysandra shouted with a wild look in her eyes. “We suffered just as much as those who were slain! I lost my sons! My strong, beautiful sons… Now only I am left…” Her voice drifted off, and she shifted her focus back on Zephyra with crazed determination. “Your mother has negated my every attempt at reconciliation with the nymphs. First, she took Clancey from me! I would’ve had

5 Princes and I

Dan pointed out. "You have got to be kidding me." Ace bellowed in anger and started going after the nymphs. The nymphs laughed and climbed the trees to avoid the furious PRINCE cursing at them. "What's going on? Can someone please give me an explanation?" I said. Ignoring the fact the PRINCE Ace was shooting arrows at the nymphs, which was doing nothing since it would only go through them. The nymphs laughed at him making him even more furious. "The nymphs." Nate said. "Are creatures who can hear your inner thoughts. When they see you worthy, they will help fulfill your wish."

The Exiled Dragon

The Exiled Dragon

How she came to not fear me, I’ll never really know. Shaking my head, the humidity already floating around us, my tongue tasting the air of fresh spring water. The clean waters were being churned, most likely from a small waterfall. Once passing the thick brush that had not been cut back to preserve the wildlife and vegetation, I helped Odessa step into the clearing. A small beach like area, with water sprites and nymphs skating across the water. The nymphs, sensing my presence, immediately duct down into the water while the water sprites came closer. Sprites were curious and had a better understanding of danger, and they saw me as no threat.
