Gregor The Overlander Novels & Stories

The Alpha who met us at the entrance was a man named Gregor who had the specific manner of someone who had been managing complicated situations on limited resources for long enough that complicated had become his baseline. He shook Dante's hand. Nodded at me with the careful respect of someone who had been briefed and was still calibrating. "He is in the east room," Gregor said. "He has not asked for anything. Has not spoken since he gave his name. He sat down in the chair I offered him and he has been sitting there since." "How does he seem?" I asked. Gregor considered the question seriously. "Like someone very tired," he said. "Not dangerous tired. Just tired. The way old things are tired

I wasn't sure how long I'd been asleep when I woke up feeling thirsty. I went out to drink some water and found Leon still in the meeting, with his subordinates reporting to him. I caught a glimpse of his profile. I had always known he was hot and handsome, but from the side, his sharp facial features stood out even more. Even though he was sitting sideways on the couch, his tall frame was still evident. He was focused on his laptop, occasionally giving instructions to his subordinates. I had to admit that a man who was focused on his work was truly captivating.

Both of us can just sit and watch as the House we once loved and lived in develop cracks with corruption. — Fenrir went to Roguetown immediately after receiving the crates over crates of food supplies from the kitchen. It was a wagon’s worth of crates, aside from the pouch of gold she gave him should the food not be sufficient. He sighed and got ready to travel with the wagon down the tricky trail filled with thieves. The rogues’ forest was famous for that, because it was mainly the rogues that would rob any passing travelers, but there were also other thieves whom they do not mingle with. Those are thieves that kill.

He stood up with the blacken heart still in his hand his eyes never leaving Trixie’s. “Uh did we just see alpha Dyelon pull that vampire’s heart out chest, looking at Trixie like he wanted to rip her heart out or fuck her. I really can’t read these werewolves, because they always lo…Please tell me I didn’t just see two fucking snakes crawled across my damn foot, Oh hhhhheeeeelllll no I’m done. You know damn well we don’t do snakes. Nope I’m out, yall can have this shit.” Mina said, frantically stepping back so fast she didn’t even notice she bumped into a hard chest and not a tree, Gregor grabbed her by the waist. She turned looking up as Gregor smiled. “Really? Now this some bullshitfuckery

As they drove in, Bella stared around in awe, they had not exaggerated when they had said the Del Gato compound was majestically built, because it was indeed, tall, very tall palm trees filled the area and a waterfall in it's midst. Bella stared around in amazement, her lips ajar. The car halted and she inhaled for a while ready to meet her Mr Man, her mother gave her a small kiss on the cheeks afterwards. "Dante Cassato himself" a thick masculine voice exclaimed. Bella turned to see the almighty Lorenzo walking majestically down the stairs, clapping.

He started to move out when he stepped and turned towards Kieran, “Get a pack of the best trackers, we leave at nightfall. God help those men when I lay hold of them, they would never see the light of day again" ☆ * ☆ Kieran had only seen Alessandro lose his cool only once in all the years he had known him and that was when his mother died. He was always the calm and collected guy, he always had things under control. Even when they were at war he was always composed. It was his subtlety that had made him one of the most feared vampires and predators. So seeing him lose his cool over the loss of his supposed pet, who he claimed to not care for was quite hard to grasp.

This way, I could seamlessly infiltrate the castle and gather more intelligence. As I entered the living room in my little wolfdog form, I realized my previous concerns were entirely unfounded. The moment Neil laid eyes on me, an uncontrollable excitement lit up his face. His eyes sparkled with an innocent glow, reminiscent of a child who had just discovered a hidden treasure. Seeing this, Peter smoothly handed me over to Neil.

“Well, girl. You want to learn from this old wolf?” Gregor was a werewolf? I hadn’t realized. He must be a Rogue, to be among the Warren, but I’d never heard of a healer going Rogue. I nodded, and wrote, “I want to learn. Naomi says you are the best.” “Aw, you’re gonna make me blush, girls,” Gregor said, utterly deadpan. I was fairly certain that man’s face did not know how to blush.

"Kneel, pup, or I’ll rip the marrow from your bones." The voice sounded like tectonic plates grinding together. Gregor, a mountain of grey-mottled fur from the Siberian wastes, took up half the subway tunnel. His breath hit Malakai’s face in a hot, stinking wave of rotting meat and wet earth. Behind him, fifty wolves from the Russian steppes crouched in the dark, their eyes glowing like malignant stars.

Surrounding me, the blanketed ground stirred with squirming bodies and splashes of blood. Somewhere off to the side, I spotted Gregor grappling with three tremendous wolves on the double. A fourth was creeping up behind him. "Gregor, watch out!" I woofed. Yet, my admonition came past the point of no return. The wolf's teeth sank profound into Gregor's rear leg. The alpha let out a tormented howl and staggered.
