Peter spoke nervously. "I know we were prepared for this, but things went down too soon. Jasper is not as weak as I thought.” Gregor said as he paced around the room. “Fine." He paused. “If he wants to play the hero, we'll take the next line of action. No one goes free from my grasp." His bloodshot eyes held anger in them. "Peter, prepare the next phase.”

Then I look over to the creature and I swear to you that it looked to be smiling at me. "My name is Max, little mate. I know that you don't understand what is going on right now but I do promise you that you are compleatly safe. You have already met my human , and we both already love you so very much." I'm not to sure what the hell is going on other than I'm still dreaming. "You are what is known as a wolf shifter, or a werewolf. I am a Lycan, we are just about the same but my senses are a little stronger. My human will tell you everything when the time comes." Once he was finished talking, I found myself feeling a bit dizzy, then all of a sudden I was lost in nothing but black emptyness. (

They seemed to know what they were doing and how to protect Evie in case anything went sideways but I bet the animal was even more deadly. Evie made her move and took the shot with her dagger as the animal moved to where we were standing, unknown to it that there were humans here who had already sighted it. It turned out to be a wolf and the dagger landed in the wolf's stomach, he was not fast enough to avoid it. The werewolf whined in pain and transformed back into a human.

However, werewolves and lycans both shift at the age of eighteen. There is one main issue with werewolves that my parents made sure I understood from a young age. Werewolves that live in packs absolutely detest rogue wolves. I do not blame them. There is good reasoning for hating rogues. Rogues usually go insane from the solitude and, more often than not, end up attacking and killing innocent wolves. The group of wolves that killed my parents were rogues. Since then, I have made a habit of going rogue hunting. I take a break from my work and hunt down and kill rogues that have gone insane.

' Go see to it then and give me a report when you are back . I rose from the chair and walked briskly out of his office . Alastair was already waiting outside . He pulled me and we went into my office together . ' It is an Epsilon . It is in the pack and it is not taking any time to move around . ' he said immediately we entered the office . ' What ? A loud thud on the roof startles me, but I settle down immediately, knowing that it’s Hans coming to visit his mate, though it would be nice if he would just use the front door.
