Stuart blurted out, scowling at me. I felt Griffin tense next to me. I turned towards Griff and tilted my head to show Stuart my mark as I looked at Griff. Griffin smirked when he realized what I was doing but I saw Stuart freeze when he spotted it. "He marked you!" Stuart spat out as Dave tried to silence him. Griffin glared at Stuart but then turned back to Dave. "We were truly blessed by the Goddess to be gifted with them as mates." Griffin began and then focused on Stuart. "I'd like to remind your brother that what I do with my mate is none of his concern. It is between her and I and us alone." Griffin added in a dark voice.

Compared the photos to the man I'd just met. Similar. But not the same. The hair color was off. The build was different. And the eyes. Sterling's eyes in every photo were pale blue. Almost gray. Pack guards are sent out to look endlessly for Griffin. After several attempts, he was found living miserable in a woodland. He was brought home back but he never hesitate to change his vision. Entertainment world needs a whole lot of concentration and attention. His grades were dropping drastically until he finally made up his mind to quit education and focus more on his company. His first girlfriend, grace vowed on her mom’s grave never to settle for less. She told Griffin she couldn’t start a life with a man that has no good grades and no great degree.

Aston asked, his eyes fixated on Camila. Camila avoided his eyes, her pulse hammering in her ears as she created a huge distance between them. Miles chuckled, nervously. “I wouldn't dare, Mr. Winston." He said, wiping his hand on his suit jacket before stretching them towards Aston. “I'm Miles Griffin, the president of the Griffin's corporation. It's an honour to have you here.” Aston glanced from his outstretched hand back to his gleaming eyes for a second before turning his back on him. He headed straight towards one of the couches and without a word lowered himself on it.

He looked up at us, and in his young face I saw something that reminded me uncomfortably of Michael Coleman at his most dangerous—the absolute certainty that he was right, and that everyone else was expendable in service of that rightness. "I'm not running anymore," Griffin said. "It's time to find out who's been pulling the strings."

I said. “He’s going to try and kill them all.” Connor said. And I looked at him worried. I didn’t want whatever family I had out there to die. But this book looked old. Like it had been sitting in the safe for a while. So we didn’t know if he had already killed them or not. I pulled out another file and it said Nico Griffin on the front of it. I opened it and there was no picture of him. But there was information about his location. All of his locations. He moved around a lot. I don’t think he belonged to a pack. But that would mean that he was a rogue.

“Come on. Sit, my dear friend.” Griffin hesitates for a second but then finally gives in. He walks back to his seat, which is near Jason and sits down. He fold his arms on his chest and sighs loudly. “Sorry, I’m trying to understand, but did you say you were Sterling’s ex?” I ask him. He said earlier that all Sterling’s exes were finally in one room, or something like that. “What is not there to understand?” He throws a question back at me without answering.

Inside a high-end club, a tanned man with glasses was currently sitting in the middle of two gorgeous and sexy women. Suddenly, another man wearing sunglasses opened the door to his room and said, "Mr. Griffin, Mitchell has come to ask for your help." The tanned man was no other than Thomas Griffin, son of the renowned Brad Griffin. Thomas pushed his glasses up and placed his glass on the table. "Is he the same guy who caused Pegasus Industries to be shut down by authorities?"

He held her close and dug his face into her neck. "First, I need to hug you." She blushed. "But why?" "Because you might not let me do this again for a long time." Scarlett froze. "What is it that you're not telling me?" Sighing for the billionth time, Griffin moved away from her. He sat on the edge of the bed, palming his neck. "I've murdered more people than Jake, Scarlett. Business partners that didn't keep their word, among other people. I've also had to get rid of potential spies at my company, and last night, I made another one disappear."

My lungs free from the weight that had been holding them once I saw the message is from Griffin. Griffin: his name is Stiles, and he's the only person there who wears glasses 24/7 like a fucking geek. Me: That's mean to say. Griffin: do your part, Anastasia. I can be mean if I want. I grumbled curses, he can be mean of course. That's standard Griffin, from what I've heard. Yet no one hates on him as much as they hate me. And the worst is, I don't blame them. The me from high school was worse than Griffin.
