“You know, because most of your murals depict wolves. I mean, you’re obviously the most fascinated with them. Right?” His eyes squinted as if he had to think that one through. Then he finally told me, “No, all my pictures depict fairy-tale stories, and most fairy tales just happen to have wolves in them, so you need to ask the Brothers Grimm or Charles Perrault why they had such a fascination with wolves. Not me.” “Wolves mate for life, you know,” I said, the words spilling from my lips like vomit. But oh my God, why had I just blurted that out there?

Grimm always wanted a child, but he could never find the right girl for him. As many of these bitches he had fucked, he felt that none of them was worthy of carrying an heir for him. Everybody in Hell had a bunch of kids from multiple women, but not Grimm. He didn’t even have one. And because of him not being able to have one has been the laughing stock within Hell, lately.

he said, his voice a low vibration that hit me square in the chest. The chatter died instantly. He turned around, leaning against the podium, his sleeves already rolled up to reveal the lion etched into his tanned skin. My pulse spiked. I couldn't stop my eyes from tracing the golden outlines of the beast on his arm, remembering the way it seemed to ripple in the moonlight of my subconscious. "The Art of Storytelling is not a solo venture," he began, his almond eyes finally sweeping over the rows. "To understand narrative, you must understand collaboration and the friction of differing perspectives. For the remainder of the semester, you will be working in groups of five."

Grimm finished for him. The two men stared at each other. Hawk shook his head. "Do you believe...?" "Do you?" They looked at each other. They looked at the fire. "No,"they both scoffed at the same time, studying the fire intently. "She doesn't seem quite usual though, does she?" Grimm finally said. "I mean, she's unnaturally bright. Beautiful. And witty, ah, the stories she told me on the way back here from the Comyn keep. She's strong for a lass. And she does have odd sayings. Sometimes I don't know if you've noticed-her brogue seems to fade in and out."

Hadwin said naming the story that changed my life forever due to the King, but Darren only shakes his head in response. “No, it’s a book called The Gruesome Tales, it’s a bunch of gruesome stories comprised into one book. It’s there a story of these flesh eaters live. It’s said there is only one person that can save us all from these creatures, this person is a werewolf like us but was born with amazing powers. It’s said she will go to battle to defeat these creatures and save everyone.” He smiled retelling the story he had read, but for me, this only resembled a nightmare, it was explaining my life.

I nod. “Sure thing, Evelyn. Whatever you say.” “Well, don’t just sit there, we have to study!” Evelyn pushes. “That’s true. I’m going to absolutely bomb my English final if I don’t remember enough about the Grimm Fairytales.” “What stories did you read?” Evelyn asks, looking through her notes. “I’m going to assume it’s a mix of Grimm, Hans Christen Anderson, and all the other books written back then that were eventually adapted to those children’s movies?”

So on the night of the full moon at both worlds, you three were born in this house indoors in the most hidden room so it can't be traced to anyone nor even the doctor in charge since all were werewolves. A shiver runs down my spine as she licks over it again and my cock swells with carnal need. “What did you mean about what your granny told you?” I had meant to ask when she mentioned it, before she distracted me. “She told me stories about werewolves and witches and magic. I thought she made it all up. Then she gave me those books and I thought she got some of her stories from them, like inspiration. But her stories were better, more real, if that makes sense.” She stops nipping at my neck and drops a bombshell. “More real?” Could she have known? No way. How could she? Humans don’t know about us. Well, most of them don’t.
