Gio glares at Gunner for a few seconds and the latter ends up squawking and wincing in pain as he his knees fall on the floor. Damn. Gio just used his alpha aura to hurt my future beta. A member of the Dark Guard walked in holding a woman by her hair and her screams rippled through the room and cut through the tension like a diamond-carved blade. The Guard threw her down on the floor and when she turned around, yelling profanities and wishing him death, he spat in her face. I pushed the chair back and was about to rise when Gabe’s claws dug into my thigh and pinned me back down.

She won't be able to hear what was going on inside. “You wanted to be punished” Liam smirked, tapping a knife on her lips. The fear was palpable in the girl's eyes with trembling lips. This made the culprit's face visible. We really couldn't hear what they were saying. The culprit brought out a knife as he pointed it with shaky hands as I turned to Ini. He seemed right about the killer being a novice. Then suddenly boss ran towards him before kicking the knife out of his hands. The culprit tried to run as boss grabbed the shower cap before pulling it out harshly. The cap fell off as well as the long hair that belongs to that of a female. Wait, what? A female? I turned to Ini has he nodded silently begging me to watch till the very end.
