The Alpha's Hellhound
I lock eyes with them, and for some reason, my stomach churns and guilt consumes me.
I take a few slow deep breaths but quickly find it not helping as my discomfort grows. My heart clenches and a stabbing pain hits me right in the stomach then my heart. I drop to my knees, clutching my chest, digging at the fabric, tearing it from my body. A piercing scream escapes me as my headaches from Cerberus howl inside my head. I fall to my side and curl into a ball, taking tiny, short breaths as breathing becomes harder and harder. I look at my chest once more, but there is no visible wound.
