But he had to be quick; his heartbeat started slowing down with each passing minute. When Lucifer was done, he had sewn together Half of Ceil’s heart with Daria, and Half of Daria’s with Ciel’s, making two whole hearts. He took each heart and placed one back inside Ceil and placed the other back inside Daria. Using the golden thread, he’d sewn back the wounds sealing them shut.
