“But trust me, Harley, we’ve all been looking forward to meeting you, though perhaps not under these circumstances.” Harley glanced around the room, absorbing everything, her expression growing more thoughtful by the second. “So… you all knew about me? You knew I was… Shane’s mate?” Connor nodded, his voice quiet but firm. “We knew Shane would find his mate someday. We didn’t know who, or when, but we knew you’d come.
