I shook my head, ridding myself of the daze and grabbed my phone from my pocket, and switched on the flashlight feature. Hunter and the doctor were clearly quite familiar with the layout of this hidden basement thing they had opened up. They were able to walk confidently in the dark without even hesitating. However, I wasn't as familiar as they were. I needed light to see. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. For all I know, Hunter and the doctor could be leading me to my death.
