She shouted at her father and turned around to walk away. Dozens of eyes gazed at them. Some murmured and chuckled at their talk. But a pair of eyes were fixed at Jade. With wide eyes, his gaze followed her as she walked past. Looking back through his shoulder, he gazed at her until she turned left to the other side of the road and disappeared from his sight.

“An Omega? Is this meant to be a joke?” Grey said to himself, staring at the window. “I’ve made my findings and that’s what it presents, your mate is an omega." Theo; the man Grey sent to make Inquiries said. Grey sighed and chuckled, was the goddess trying to play a prank on him? Does she spite him that much? I looked at her, curly long hair over her shoulders like Elle's. "Elle," I said immediately, thinking it was her. The girl stared back at me with a woebegone expression. I looked at her carefully through my glassy eyes, this isn't Elle. Elle's hair isn't black and her eyes isn't black, it's grey. This girl's eyes were swollen probably from stress or crying and she was busty unlike Elle. The only similarity between them was that she's from the black race like myself or mixed like Elle is.
