Beyond The Hallow Grave: Editingle Indie House Anthology (Ed

Anyway, while I got you here, let me tell you about a game I’m working on. This game is called Creator. Since I’m into that horror shit, I made this game to follow a character named Edgar Sorrow. Yeah, I named him after that piece of shit doctor. Anyway, Edgar wakes up in a lab having no idea who he is or why he’s there. He exits the container he’s kept in, only to find that his legs and arms don’t work that well. After getting feeling back in his limbs, Edgar proceeds to look around the lab. He notices he’s got two choices. He can see what sadistic artwork the doctor has done on him or he can leave his place of dwelling.

Flawed Utopia

Flawed Utopia

My eyes wonder seeing different types of creature our age and some who look too old to be in school, teachers perhaps. In front of us was a warlock, you could tell because he had a broomstick and a cauldron he had on the side of himself, he read “The Mystery of Potions By Anges Light Heart” one of the most top witches in Utopia. If I'm correct she is actually one of the founders of Utopia High, meaning he himself could go there also. Studying for potions if I’m correct. His head went straight up freeing my gaze upon him, his green cat like eyes stared only to bring his dilated eyes up and down making me more uncomfortable.

THEIR CREATORS

THEIR CREATORS

The goddesses turned to the river, Ophelia quickly whispered a spell. "Polus yuina." The water turned to ice, they slowly walked over to the other side carefully not to fall, they turned back the wolves watching them closely. "Ununa." The water turned its natural state. "Haisnoa deafen," Darci whispered creating a barrier around them, it also made the wolves or anyone unable to hear their conversation. "So how was Adrian able to take over like that?" Amethyst asked. "He didn't take over, he only could see through my eyes and it's a demon king thing."

This book is dedicated to Bukade—my awesome friend who's helped me very very much in the creation of this book, and Favour Edem, too—my first love, for taking her time to explain stuffs about Werewolves, and Vamps, and Witches to me. For all those looking into my book, Omega, which by the way is entering the ‘Mate the Alpha’ contest, I am quite optimistic that this book will be worth your time and you will enjoy every bit of it. ❤️

A Sinner’s Redemption

A Sinner’s Redemption

It was filled with all kinds of herbs and fruits that only those proficient in potion making and medicine could bring out its true worth. 'Speaking of potions, that person should have been at Apo Forest, right?' 'How old is he now? Sixteen? How terrifying.' Oskar was considered a genius that only appears every millennium. He was only eighteen when he made those heaven-defying potions that shook the whole continent. Ains took a glance at Amir's straight and wide back. 'Nah. That one is a monster.' Ains felt his heart shook when Amir suddenly looked behind him. Their eyes met and for a moment, he suddenly couldn't move.

FIRE ON FIRE

FIRE ON FIRE

He said with a smile as I stretched my arms out. “I am dead unlike the only brother of mine; Micah who is exists in a dump.” I emphasized on his living condition. “The literatures couldn’t sell.” “Humans interested in the occult are full of surprises. They make the word ‘Muggle’ seem proud. Witches are by far the only kind that doesn’t have dependency or obsession.” “However you’re value is as bad as a cripple.” I said with a smirk as we stared at each other before we both laughed.

Feral Hearts Book 1: Awakening the Feral

Feral Hearts Book 1: Awakening the Feral

Whatever made you decide to pick it up, I hope the writing has now since convinced you to stay a while. A little background before we really kick things off, this book is made from the story of Aaron and Xavier, Aaron being an OC I made for a roleplay back in like 2016 when I was around 13-14. Xavier being one of my closest, longest and best online friend Alex's OC from that same roleplay. It used to be a whole little group of us roleplaying Nightshade Pack on I*******m! Our group account might even still be up somewhere where we used to post our OCs and the application for new members to the roleplay lols!!

Rejected and Desired

Rejected and Desired

But her excitement and conviction made me believe that it was real. "Wait, so there are actually people with magical powers?" I asked, trying to wrap my head around this new information. "Yes, and it's not just limited to humans. There are also fantastic creatures like dragons, unicorns, and even talking paintings," She replied, her eyes sparkling with wonder. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It sounded like a world full of endless possibilities and adventure. "And the best part is, Harry Potter, the famous wizard, goes to Hogwarts too. He's the chosen one, destined to defeat the dark wizard, Lord Voldemort," Renee continued, her voice filled with excitement.

Breaking The Spotlight

Breaking The Spotlight

“It’s not finished. I wanted to surprise you.” Celeste crossed her arms. “Try me.” He studied her for a moment, weighing whether to deflect again, then sighed and turned the laptop so she could see. A logo she didn’t recognize. Pages of investor names. A tagline that made her pulse catch: Creator-owned. Creator-controlled. Her eyes darted back to him. “What is this?”

Strings of Fate

Strings of Fate

I peer at it curiously. “What are you working on?” I ask. Harry smiles and holds it up for me to see. “It’s a floorplan of this place. I figure it will help with planning. I was also going to sketch up a few of the ideas we wrote down last time. Your co-owner wanted a budget summary right? So we should start a break down of what spells you want to use and how much the ingredients cost, then we can come up with a proper plan and…why are you staring at me?” "

I am absolutely in love with this story! It is extremely well written, very detailed and a interesting storyline. I am in love with the characters with there heart to heart conversations, playful banter, and the amazing group chat. (I laugh evertime I read the chat). Definitely recommend!

This is one of the best stories I've read in ages! It's got the slow-roll romance, but there's lots of other aspects to this that keep it from stagnating. Also, the dynamic between a dominant alpha who's completely clingy and a dominant woman who's used to being a loner is very amusing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Honestly, what trips up most OCs is trying to be 'important' to the main plot from the jump. Makes them feel like a tourist in the story, waving at canon characters. I figured out my favorite OCs are just people who already existed in that world, doing their own thing that the plot then bumps into. Like, I wrote a witch who worked in the Department of Mysteries' Time Room archives. Her whole deal was cataloging paradoxes, she was fussy and hated disruptions. When Harry's lot inevitably blow something up, she’s not a hero—she’s the exasperated bureaucrat filing the incident report, which accidentally contains a clue. Gives her a reason to interact, a unique lens on the magic system, and keeps her from being the Chosen One’s new best friend.

Power scaling is another pitfall. Giving them a super-rare magical affinity or being a secret Black family heir often reads as wish-fulfillment. Constraint breeds creativity. Maybe their magic is average, but they’re brilliant at arithmancy, using it to optimize potion recipes for St. Mungo’s. Their strength isn’t in power, but in a specific, grounded expertise that offers a service to the narrative. Makes them useful, not a spotlight-stealer. The world needs more competent side characters, not another prophecy kid.
