Elowen’s POV – Twilight Whispers That evening, as the last vestiges of daylight faded into the soft embrace of twilight, the academy’s grounds transformed into a quiet sanctuary. I found myself wandering along a secluded stone path leading to a hidden courtyard, a place that had once been filled with echoes of our past conflicts and now promised a fragile new beginning. The gentle hum of evening stirred in the air—a murmur of crickets, the soft rustle of leaves—and all around, the academy seemed to exhale, releasing the weight of the day.

"Go to Aunt Cleo!" Aqua's heart pounded in her chest as she stumbled towards the door, her legs shaking with fear. She glanced back to see her parents fighting valiantly, their magic clashing with the dark energy of their attackers. Milak's elemental fury and Zara's healing light intertwined in a beautiful yet tragic dance of power and sacrifice. But it wasn't enough. Milak fell first, a blast of dark energy striking him down. Zara's scream of anguish pierced the air as she knelt beside him, her light flickering and fading. The witches closed in, their laughter echoing like a chorus of nightmares.

So I got myself a spot and sat down as thoughts of what might be happening between the two filled my head. I felt bad. I felt like I was all alone in the world even though there was loud music deafening my ears from the background. “Hey, kyle who invited you?” I heard an unfriendly familiar voice say. I lifted my head to see that it was Harry, boyfriend to Bella. Many believe that Harry will become one of the greatest warlocks as soon as he clocks eighteen and as such, they see him and Bella as a power couple. Unlike Bella, Harry is calmer and a bit friendly but I know better than to engage him in a chat as that could provoke his over a possessive girlfriend.

I shrug. “Harlow is actually a twin, so she has more than one fated mate,” I declare. His eyes turn hopeful, he licks his lips. “Her wolf has come forward and confirmed that myself and a Tate Collins… some Shadow is also her mate,” I explain, then drop my arms. Maybe if Harlow gets two mates… I do too? Would that mean Tate does? Weird. “She’s a twin? Tate? Tate…,” he questions, looking surprised. I nod again.

WINNIE I was convinced that I had stopped breathing at that moment. It took everything within me to still the tremor in my hands. “I can see you already having fun with your new husband” he spat the last two words with so much venom that I had to wonder if they were truly related. It was baffling that his own brother could detest him this much. His eyes raked over my body not so subtly and his eyes instantly darkened with hunger. I closed my eyes and shuddered internally for a brief moment.

His eyes fell on a figure in the dark. The lights turned on and he saw her. Adrian's expression lost every trace of warmth The room felt smaller all of a sudden. The younger maid froze next to Adrian's desk, a file was in her hand Master" she called softly He smirked and closed the door behind him "I was waiting for you to be careless" he said with a scary smile slowly forming on his face.

The combination—the playful heat of Zariah, the grounding strength of Malik—made Imani feel like she was melting from the inside out. Imani pressed closer to Zariah, letting her warmth envelope her, lips brushing softly along Zariah’s jaw in a teasing, slow exploration. Zariah responded, cheek against Imani’s, fingers dancing lightly across her arm, light but electric. Malik’s hand moved slightly higher, holding her firmly, grounding her in the overwhelming sensation of being caught between two.

Twilight shoots up like a racket, her spiritual power bursting out of her hands towards the female monarch. The female monarch sneered, "That's a pity, then. You need to die!" Two lights collided with each other, shaking the entire vicinity. The ground trembled, the buildings crumbled one after another. Bodies collided, the sound of dull impact continously resounded between the female monarch and Twilight. Twilight might have been a strong kind, but she was nothing against the female monarch. Soon after, she fell into disadvantage, and the female monarch noticed it as a victorious smirked creeped up in her purple chapped lips.

I don't need to wear thick clothes because it's cold, nor do I need to bring a parasol because of the sun's sizzling hot Today, I will practice controlling wind magic particles so that I can fly using a broom-like in the Harry Potter movies. And at the same time, I'll search two wandering fairies who didn't report the progress of the task I gave them the other day and only ate blind salaries!
