She rarely chose soda, always preferring tea, but this drink soothed her. She took another long sip and focused on the bartender as he spoke with another customer. Before I could say Jack, the coke exploded—a full-on soda eruption. It fizzed and popped and sprayed all over me like karma had been waiting in that bottle.

Worried that he might drop it, Larissa urged, "Stop tossing it, it's going to be too gassy to drink." Ambrose tried to reason with her, "Drinking Coke isn't good for the body. It has too much sugar and can spoil your teeth." Larissa persisted, "But I feel like drinking it!" As she spoke, she continuously tried to play cute, looking at him with doe eyes. So adorable!
