After the eyelashes were curled, she brushed them with mascara, which made my eyelashes curled and long, like a thick small fan. My eyes were faintly outlined by the black eyeliner, which makes me look smart and vivid. The light orange blusher on my cheeks made me look energetic. She also painted my lips with orange lipstick. Was that me in the mirror?

Ana glared holding up her make-up bag. "Aw come on Ana; just give me a break for once." "Nope," she smirked, her lips popped on the 'p'. "Now sit." With a sigh, I sat patiently while Ana highlighted my hazel eyes with smoky eye shadow and mascara emphasising my long lashes. She rubbed a speck of mud off my cheeks and applied lip gloss. "Okay, now you're done," she smiled.

“Go bolder with the eyes. She has the bone structure for it, don’t waste it.” The artist obeyed, pressing glittering bronze shadow onto my lids until they felt heavy. Eyeliner sliced sharp wings past the corners of my eyes, mascara brushing my lashes into something that didn’t look like me anymore. When I opened my eyes again, the girl staring back wasn’t Elona Everett. She was someone who belonged in a high-gloss magazine spread, someone confident, untouchable, and manufactured.

ROSALINA'S POV Kohl-black eyeliner went on thick, contrasting against my pale skin, matching the obsidian feathers now adorning my costume. The red contacts stung a little, but they were worth it. No more watery hazel, these eyes gleamed like embers.

Thanks to her melodic mermaid voice. "Well thanks !" I smiled as I dragged my friend further away from the saleslady. Did you forget what happened to your Urban Decay Liner? You called me at work asking how to rehydrate it without becoming too watery!" She frowned like a puppy who scolded by her owner.

I tried lifting up my lips but still, the eyes look the same. The winged eyeliner I always wear was replaced with an eye make-up that emphasized my almond ocean eyes. The winged eyeliner always helped my eyes look a bit less soft because I was always told how beautiful and intricate my eyes look especially how it is similar with the color of the sea. Instead of the black winged eyeliner, they used different shades of brown and I could even see a hint of light pink in my eyes and the gold with a tinge of orange and red glitters they used for a feline eyeliner.

I can’t take my eyes off of her. Her normal hot look has been taken up to smoking hot. Instead of the normal toned-down makeup, she has a small cat’s eye of eyeliner coming slightly off the side, accentuating her already smoldering green eyes. Her eyebrows were freshly lined and slightly thinner than normal. Her ever-so-red lips are more defined with a slight black pencil line going around them and then that clear coat over the red was making me think that she was the fire crew there to put out the flames that she was setting on everything in the room. Her cleavage was tight enough that she had dropped any of that wine down on them, then it would have run down along the crevice without a sin

She applied red lip colour, thick and glossy. With infinite care, she poured a thin line of black eyeliner, using a thin sharpener to draw it on the right eye lid. An even line was drawn on the upper and lower lash line, black on the bottom, brown on the top. A thin line of auburn hair pencil was placed above the bottom lash line, along the bridge of her nose, and extending to the middle of her forehead. Her makeup was perfect. She placed the feather-light brush on the table and ran a delicate hand over her shoulder blades, a habit she'd picked up during her childhood.

Taking a quill, she delicately dips it into a pot of gelled ink, then gently applies the ink to her lashes, adding a touch of definition and allure to her eyes. Meanwhile, Madissa confidently takes her place at her desk, not needing a mirror to guide her. With a keen sense of instinct and touch, she begins her makeup routine. She opts for a captivating pinkish purple shade with hints of gold, accentuating her natural radiance. As for her eyes, Madissa chooses a combination of pinkish purple and delicate golden hues, perfectly complementing the enchanting depths of her hazel and yellow eyes.
