Mikhail strode fast towards her, but not for the reason she had expected. That large palm covered her lips, cutting off everything she had been about to say, and forcing her to stare directly into his eyes. Fuck, those expressive crystal eyes shone beautifully beneath the rays of the chandeliers. And right now, they widened in surprise, her irises emphasized by the purple eyeliner that was used to draw the cat eye shape on her eyelids. Elena could pass for an angel with that flawless face, but her body was that of a seductive demon.

The result was stunning, even by my own high standards. Satisfied with her work, I moved to the mirror and began applying my signature makeup. I opted for a subtle yet elegant look, blending soft nude and champagne tones with a touch of shimmer. A swipe of black eyeliner gave my almond-shaped eyes a striking definition, while bold red lipstick added a pop of color that perfectly complemented the understated eye makeup. The water stops running and the glass door opens. I try to focus on what I was doing. But standing in front of a mirror with him in the room reminds me of what we did in here less than twenty-four hours ago.

Trust me.” “I'm going to blink and you'll stab me.” “I've never stabbed anyone with an eyeliner,” she said, then added. “Yet.” “That ‘yet’ is not comforting.” She laughed, a low sound. “Okay, we do it this way. Rest your elbow on your knee. Hold still. Look at my nose.”

He asked anxiously, looking at the smudge eyeliner by the side of her left eye. "I lost control." She pouted, looking up at him with puppy dog eyes. Darn, he pecked her, not able to stop himself from doing just that. "Can I help?" He grinned cheekily and collect the eyeliner from her hand. He decapitate the head and look at the sharp black thingy before reaching for her eyes. "Be careful." She mumbled, closing her eyes and giving all her trust to him completely. "Done!" Zayn beamed, happy with what he just designed on her eyelid.

Mom responded, "Bet you're regretting not taking me up on my earlier offer. You could've been home for another week." "Definitely regretting it." I rolled my eyes, pulling myself from bed. I hopped in the shower quickly, thankful my shoulder length hair would dry on it's own. I picked up some of the makeup I hadn't used in years. Alyssa once tried to show me how to use it, and I failed miserably. I wasn't terrible at eyeliner, so I applied some lightly to my round eyes. The eyeliner made my unique eyes stand out against my light skin. They were brown in color, but had vibrant gold swirling throughout them. I had never seen another pair of eyes similar to my own.

The only thing I ever added was mascara, to make my eyelashes look darker. Also, I added light black eyeliner, to enhance the color of blue in my eyes. To finish off my outfit, I grabbed the necklace that I still had from when I had been found. It matched the color of my eyes, and I spent a few years trying to find the same kind of stone to make a matching pair of earrings.

In the end, I gave up on asking who the mysterious celebrities are and just let Kaila do her magic on my face. My makeup really didn't take a while though because Kaila works really fast. And you can rest assure that her works are still professional looking: perfect brows, defines cheek, pinky lips, and natural smokey eyes look with winged liner and full lashes. So after half an hour, I was already ready.
