Everywhere suddenly became covered in darkness, cold that Hazel couldn't feel her body anymore. She couldn't even move. But somehow, she could still hear...and they were faint voices, very distant and at the same time distorted. "... she's already losing too much blood!" That sounded like a female voice to her, panicking and eager to help. She prayed within her that help come her way. She could have wished for death, especially with the way she was treated like trash, but how will she make Eric and Sophia pay back if she doesn't stay alive?

~ Rowan ~ I stared down at Hazel, clenching my teeth so hard that my jaw hurt. Pure disgust filled my stomach. Everything about her bothered me—her fat body lying helplessly on the floor, her stained clothes, and her messy hair. How could a fat, wolfless, weak woman be carrying my child? It felt like some cruel joke played by fate. It was like taking a piece of pure gold and throwing it into a pile of filthy garbage. “Rowan!” Levi’s loud voice broke through the silence of the hall, pulling me out of my thoughts. “Mom asked you a question! Are you responsible for Hazel’s pregnancy or not?! Speak up!”

DARIAN’S POV “You need to calm the fuck down or you’ll scare her again,” Onyx growled. Like I hadn't thought about that myself. Hazel was sticking her chin out, her brows were pointing down when her frown deepened and I knew that laughing wouldn't make the situation any better but she was too fucking cute. This was the Hazel I met at the Hunt, the one that I saw through the window of the car when I drove through her pack…the one I broke until the defiance was stripped from her core and she submitted.

~Luciano~ I sensed someone approaching me in the flower garden, taking a deep breath. I turned around slowly only to be disappointed because it was not someone I was expecting. However,I kept my face emotionless so that no one would know that I was disappointed. "Hazel has declined to come back to the castle.I think she's afraid of Mark because he told her that she would be punished severely if she dares to come back to the castle."Hades explained to me and my jaw twitched in anger.

1. The Flight Through Chaos The streets of Elaris were unrecognisable. Smoke curled through the air, thick with the scent of burning wood and something worse—the metallic tang of magic unravelling. Lena’s boots pounded against the cobblestones as she ran, dodging the bodies that littered the ground. Some were soldiers, their armour shattered. Others—not human. The Forgotten Ones did not leave corpses. They left only echoes—empty spaces where people had once stood. Cassian was at her side, his breath coming in sharp gasps. Behind them, Dorian cursed as he barely dodged a shifting shadow that lunged from the alleyway.

Hazel woke up in a cave, her clothes were slightly torn. Her head was spinning she tried remembering what had happened and why she ended up in a cave. But she couldn't. She and Helen were drugged and then brought to the cave. She wasn't just kept in a cave, she was locked up in a cage. Hazel tried touching the cage but it burnt her hands. "Ah." She screamed retracting her hands immediately. She looked to her side and saw someone else in a cage. Recognizing who it was she called out.

She leaves the kitchen with an exaggerated huff and I strain the spaghetti noodles, aware of a low heat swirling in my groin. Hazel wanting to appear sexy isn’t new. She was hitching up her school skirt before Mel and I separated, and she’s had a precocious interest in boys for almost as long as I can remember. But I don’t think Hazel realizes that the stakes are different now. She’s not a gawky little girl trying to grow up anymore, she’s grown.

She must have some problem, leave that and don't be upset. They reached home and hazel, like usual, jumped out of the car and ran towards the kitchen. Hazel : MOM, MMM. She shouts for grace, and she immediately came out of the kitchen. Grace : what happened, hazel? Are you fine? Hazel : mom, I am just hungry. Ian : she is always hungry. He came behind hazel with her bag. Grace : don't scream like that, hazel, you nearly gave me a heart attack. Hazel : sorry, mom. She held her ears cutely, making ian smile, and grace just shook her head.

Lisa said “ Wow really??!! ” Hazel shouted happily,she was about eating it when she suddenly frowned “ Now you’re trying to act nice?? If you don’t want it,,throw it away,all I care ” She hissed and moved away from her. Lisa scoffed and drank water before standing up looking round the room to see if there’s anyway to escape. She stared out of the window,,but the ground was really far from them. “ Don’t even think of that,, you will be paralyzed for ever ” Hazel said

Lyra inquired, her keen eyes assessing Hazel's reactions. Hazel stuttered in response, and Lyra couldn't help but notice the subtle signs of nervousness—her raised heartbeat and dilated pupils. The atmosphere became charged with an unspoken tension as Lyra delved deeper into her inquiry, each moment revealing more than Hazel might have intended. "I was sick. I... fever," Hazel replied. Lyra sensed her vulnerability, recognizing her as merely a human. However, this didn't negate the fact that Hazel could potentially be used as a rogue's pawn to infiltrate the pack.
