Novelas y relatos de He Chose Her Over Me

“And it is not about you making a mistake, it is about me… I wanted to choose, and she was my choice. She always will be.” Her laugh came out brittle and hollow. “You think this is choice? She just appeared and you threw everything aside.” She said, wiping her tears. “You forgot everything and everyone else existed, that protocol existed, that life itself was real. You saw ONLY her.” “I chose her.” The words didn’t need to be loud. They were final, and I wasn’t going to change them to satisfy anyone, no matter the price that was going to be paid with this. “You chose her over me.”

I should be the one and not her. I can't seem to wrap my hands on why he chose her over me, because she was looking so thin, like dry bone from a fish. The more the image of her wrapping her arms around him like she had always belonged there flashed my head, the more my anger increased. I was barely gone, a d he was already cozy with another lady. How do I endure seeing that fragile looking thing slipping into my place, the space meant for only me? No. That can never happen. I refuse to accept that.

She asked and I just point blank stare at her. "I love her. Please help me." "I can't help you if you don't tell me what happened. What did you fight about?" "You." I responded. "Me?" She looked at me puzzled. "I know she's jealous of me but I don't understand why she would break up with you over it." "She asked me to choose." I admitted. "She wanted you gone. I tried explaining to her that I have always had you by my side." "You chose me?" She glared at me.

Mike asked me fumingly. “Nope Mike. It's never her win this time” I smirked at him and Zoe looked at me confused. “What she said was true, you both mean more to me than her. And so, I choose you above her” I confessed to Zoe and we had a moment of eyes lock.

I said and he laughed. "Ok fine, I'll stop." He said, pouting and I rolled my eyes at him before pushing him aside and walking pass him. "But honestly though. I don't get why you chose him over me." He complained and I stopped on my tracks and half looked his way. "You don't have to think much about that. I chose him because I know he's right for me. That's all you have to know." I said, opening the door and leaving him there with his head hung low.

Tiffany said after a moment, her voice softer now. “She wasn’t just a girl.” “No,” she agreed. “She was the only thing that made you human.” That stung. Maybe because it was true. I opened my eyes, turning my head toward her. She didn’t look smug anymore. Just tired. Or maybe disappointed. “She picked him,” I said, my voice raw. “Over me. Over everything we had.” Tiffany snorted. “Can you blame her?” I didn’t answer. Because no, I couldn’t.

"She's not a thing to be taken. She's a person, with her own heart, her own choices. And she chose—" "Don't." I cut him off, unable to bear it. "Don't make this about choice. It's not that simple." "It is that simple." Damon's eyes found mine, and the hurt there was unbearable. "You chose him. Every time you met in secret, every time you let him touch you, you chose him over me. Over us." "What was I supposed to do?" Tears streamed down my face. "I tried to fight it. I tried so hard. But every time I looked at him, every time he saved my life, every time he held me when I was scared—I couldn't help what I felt."

he said, his voice softer now, but there was panic there, real panic, “Please sweetheart, look at me.” I did. “Remember what we said,” he continued, his eyes searching mine desperately. “We were the ones who chose each other. Not them. Not fate. Not anyone else.” My throat tightened. “I chose you over Chelsea,” he said, his voice breaking slightly. “And I’ll do it again. Every time.” My chest hurt. “So choose me,” he whispered. “Reject him. Choose me.” Tears burned at the back of my eyes. Because I wanted to. Goddess, I wanted to.

"If she knew what you were doing right now she would—" "She would understand," I said, "exactly what I am. She already does." I looked at him steadily. "That's the difference between her and everyone else who has ever tried to use her. She sees things clearly. She saw you clearly a long time ago and she made her choice." I paused. "And she saw me clearly and she made her choice too. She chose me."

Nessa: “You didn’t choose me either.” My brows furrowed. Me: “What?” Nessa: “That night… you chose Sophia.” The memory stabbed me. I let out a breath. Me: “I was drunk. I was mad. Truth is… I’d choose you, Ness.” Her head turned slowly, and I held her gaze. Nessa: “Over Sophia?” Me: “Over Sophia.” The words flew out before I could stop them. Her lips pouted. Nessa: “Over your little friend, Diana?”
