Author's point of view Due to the way Raina had swept her hair to the side, the reddish-blue star mark on her neck was suddenly visible. The moment the head witch saw it, she shrieked, her voice echoing like thunder. “She’s one of us!” Raina froze. No. That couldn’t be true. She wasn’t one of them. She couldn’t be. Her chest tightened as if the words themselves were chains. “I am not a witch!” she shot back, shaking her head violently, her voice breaking with defiance.

I yelled, as the three witches, along with Cami, took position around Martha. “She is Henrietta!” Cami yelled. I pivoted quickly dodging out of her way, as the four witches came together using their collective powers to surround Henrietta. Henrietta screamed in frustration, as I moved around the four witches. I knew I needed to get to Henrietta, to remove her head. It was the only way I would be able to destroy such a powerful witch.

This went on for about ten minutes until they felt a rush of the wind, which was confusing since there were no windows in the sanctuary. The wind stopped and the witch head opened her golden eyes quickly and stood up, she began to yell out words that were probably not in the English dictionary, or any other dictionary to be precise. In a matter of seconds, everything went back to normal and the salt scattered round the room, the witch head went over to them and said, “I know what you need”, “We need something?”, Fredrick whined, he was hoping she would just say a few words and the alpha king would be fine once again,

The last unit is the Unit of the Desaix Family. The leader of the Unit of Witches is Christina Nukpana. She’s known as a badass leader. She’s protective of her units and she hates Lilia Desaix. Her hair is one of the iconic things about her. She has coily, 4A hair. It hides some parts of her face, including her eyes. Her nose and full lips are the parts of her face that can be seen clearly.

Guess mine could be classified as a grave sin. I’ve heard folk-tales about them but seeing them in person was just out of the world. I would have been stunned, I would have dropped to my knees at their authority while gazing at them in reverence if we’d met under a different circumstance. I couldn’t. The voice of an old woman echoed in the room causing Alicia to snap her head toward the lady's direction, she had no idea when she came in. She was a bit old, with ginger hair. She was very beautiful, just like all the witches are. She looked way younger than her age, which Alicia could guess would be around 80 or something near that. The woman did not come alone, she had two other powerful women accompany her, or maybe they were also strong witches.

I was lying on my bed pressing my head tightly. The door opened and she came back. I was having a severe headache. So I was lying on my bed. She started going back. " What is it? " I asked. " Please have this ginger tea and medicine. It will cure your headache." " No, I am having a severe headache now. Can't get up. I think I am having a migraine. GIDIAN'S POV My eyes smouldered with resentment at the scene playing out before me. My beautiful mate's neck was being held in a chokehold by the likes of the dark witch. Her bone-like fingers clasped neatly around my girl's throat. "One more step Alpha and I break this pretty little thing's neck." Nasty black blood trickled out her mouth and down her chin, it looked like dried cephalopod ink. I watched as Hazel's cute button nose scrunched up in disgust, the main reason being, the stench of the witch's breath.

They walk into the witches layer and it looks like they are unaware of the unwanted visitors who have invited themselves into their premise. The beasty alpha walk in with grace and he didn't fret about anything he walk in his human form but his eyes were still red, it looks like the beast gave the body but not the mind. They were about to move when they heard a pop sound they turn to see the white witch Saphira. Saphira is the white witch who is powerful and has white hair.
