Heart Of The Elementals Novels & Stories

This was their leader, the epitome of their corrupted power. It lunged, a monstrous, essence-draining maw aimed at me. But I didn't recoil. This was my fight. I channeled every ounce of the Heartstone's pure energy, every lesson from Elias, every bit of my inherent elemental power. Fire, water, earth, air, and the pure spirit that bound them all, they surged within me, coalescing into a blinding vortex of elemental light that mirrored the dark one, but pulsed with life, not emptiness. The scar on my arm flared, becoming a conduit for this immense power.

“I don’t even know what I’m supposed to be doing.” Alara’s smile grew, and she reached out, taking my hand in hers. Her touch was warm, grounding, and I felt my shoulders relax slightly. “This isn’t something you do with your mind, Amelia. It’s something you do with your heart, with every fiber of your being. Elemental powers come from a deep connection with the world around you, from understanding that you are a part of it, and it is a part of you.” I looked down, feeling the earth under my feet, solid and unyielding, and something inside me shifted. She motioned for me to sit on the forest floor with her, and I sank down, feeling the coolness of the ground seep through me, rooting me to th

“I suppose I cannot keep a curious girl like you completely in the dark.” Elena swallowed down all the arguments she had already prepared for that moment. Was he really going to tell her? It couldn’t be so simple… “I am looking for very ancient magic. It cannot even be called an artifact. It came from the earth itself, a stone that was known as the Emerald Heart. The most powerful magic, like the one you possess, the Gift of Life, comes from the Heart. It’s almost impossible that you have the same kind of magic, even if it’s not in the same proportions, so I believe the Heart’s magic will react to yours. If someone could have it… changing the way the world is would be as easy as making a wis

I felt the heartbeat of the soil, connecting me to its ancient wisdom. I opened my eyes wide in surprise at the sensations pulsing through me. "It appears that you have control both earth and wind elements. If you can harness fire and water as well, then you will be an Aether Elementalist. Given your royal blood, this is not surprising. If you are able to master all of the four elements, you will be one of the most powerful Aether Elemenalists there is." With each passing moment, my connection to the elements deepened. Fire danced within me, flickering in my veins, fueling my determination. Once I felt the heat of the fire within me, I let my mind wander around the grove, sensing any body of

My heart skipped a beat, my tears moist right then. I dropped to a crouch and held him, pressing my ear against his chest again. I could hear his heartbeat, thumping powerfully through his thin shirt. It was such a familiar sensation. It was Stan's heartbeat. As I closed my eyes, my tears flowed ever so quietly. We stayed like that for a while, and as I wiped my tears, I held Nathan firmly in my arms once more. "Please live a good life with Stan's heart." - Nathan walked with me to the gates of the orphanage, but I never once turned to look at him again.

“Are you talking about me?” Her lips twitched, but she didn’t answer. The light path eventually led them to a massive gate, suspended in midair. Carved into it were hundreds of faces, human, divine, monstrous, each frozen in expressions of agony. Gold veins ran through the cracks, and from behind it came a deep, rhythmic pulse like the beating of a heart. Kael frowned. “Please tell me that’s not what it sounds like.” Evelyn stepped closer, resting a hand on the gate. The gold flared under her touch, responding to her mark. “It’s the Heart of the Crown. The first god who fell. The one who forged all others.”

He wrapped the fabric around them, gently holding it in place. “But maybe it’s connected to your abilities,” he went on. “Heat. Passion. Anger. That sort of thing. From the research I’ve done, elementals tend to have specific personality types and reactions to certain stimuli. You should try to avoid confrontations with people who are known to piss you off until we know more.”

“Messengers?” Adelaide speaks up, “Your adoptive aunt, Cassandra Hale is trying to infiltrate the void just as her mother did. Elements do not answer to those who are not attuned to them, but powerful witches can sometimes bend them to their will. Cassandra’s element is water, but I’ve Seen her attempting to connect with the void. Each attempt she makes, causes her soul to become darker and darker. She is hungry for power, and she is gaining strong allies.”

I don’t know what the fuck Jayda is doing, but if she doesn’t stop winding her hips and get the fuck away from that lone wolf, he’s gonna go on home to be with the ancestors. My aura seeps out of my pores into the atmosphere, causing everyone to pause, placing everyone in a chokehold, making it hard to breathe. Zach and Jaylen turn towards my direction, fighting my aura to see what or who has caused my aura to slip out. The wolves that were dancing were all cowering and kneeling. The music stops abruptly, like a record scratch on a DJ’s turntable. The only thing I hear is the loud drum of my heartbeat as the blood pumps through my veins, reminding me I’m watching my heart outside of my body

Mariya bombarded him with questions. "I've been here in Japan for a month now, and wanted to settle everything first, before I decided to show myself to you, guys... And to answer your second question, I left my heart here at Angel Voices, and I intend to keep it for myself..." Kei gently told Mariya, as he is looking at her straight in the eye, as if he's searching her inner soul. "Huh? What do you mean by that?" Mariya asked, while looking confused.
