The decorations are already up. We did wake up late afterall.

How do you know all this stuff? You're only fourteen." Samira, who I hadn't noticed was sitting on the couch reading, starts laughing. "He's not real; he's a puppet. Go fetch me some snacks." She says, snapping her fingers at him. Lucas rolls his eyes but reaches into the mini-fridge and throws her an apple. Samira smiles. "See, he's a puppet. Now sit down until I need something else."
