“Got proof?” Violet’s voice cut, cold.
“WHAT?” Tiffany blinked, thrown off.
“You think I need proof? PLEASE. You live in that run-down part of town with your broke-ass family. What are you doing—juggling three jobs again? Let me guess, your uncle gambled away the money and now you’re stuck picking up scraps.”
