Her long hair is the color of midnight, and delicate, dark-silver cuffs trace the elegant, pointed tips of her ears.

I breathed. “The Dark Elves’ mountains,” Rivyn replied grimly. “The Elves are cousins to the Fae,” he said quietly as he encouraged Coryfe to move forwards. The horse did not like the location, reacting to the sulphur smell of the soil, and communicated his dislike through his movement, each step reluctant as if he anticipated the ground would disappear before him.

As they showed up, the two ice golems became aggressive, so the elves had no time to waste. “Celeritas!” shouted Fahria, using her magic for Ehm'il. “Ignis!” shouted Pmyrie, and a circle of fire that melted everything around surrounded the dark-haired elf, but he didn’t suffer any harm. It was clear who was to fight to get and take in the Ice Parchment. So the young elf ran very fast to the cave where that parchment was found. One of the golems began to chase him while the other tried to catch the elf girls.

Venus slowly repeated, trying to grasp her mind around what she was seeing and hearing. The kingdom of Everglade was north to the kingdom of Salazar. It was also the home of the Elf race. While they worshipped nearly the same gods as here, the elves were also known to worship their own made gods. They were also known for their perfect if not near craftsman ship, pale blonde hair, and swift movements during fighting and dancing.

Suddenly, five figures materialize in an upper balcony, and my heart lurches at the sight of the most familiar among them—Valen. My pulse quickens as I lock eyes with him, silently pleading for answers in the tumultuous whirlwind of my thoughts.
