The first thing I noticed was his short, dark hair. It looked so smooth, and I almost reached out to play with it. My eyes trailed down to his strong jaw line, down to his broad shoulders. I didn't even realize that I was biting my lip as I further inspected the Adonis before me. His arm flexed, bringing my attention to the amber eye he was now covering. It was him. Six. The most popular and dangerous guy in school. And I'd managed to injure him with my calculus textbook. I'm dead.

Xavier’s reflexes were quick as he dodged Alpha Diego’s attack, his own movements precise and calculated. Earning a devilish smirk from Alpha Diego “Faster than I thought,” he taunted, his eyes narrowing in amusement. Xander rolls his eyes and throws his head back on the sofa. *Of course I know that… that's our everyday campaign!* He thought. “.... You still haven't seen your mate. So…." She hesitated and looks at her husband for support… He clears his throat. “We have decided to send you back to high school” This statement settled in his head and he quickly sat upright with a deep frown on. “High school?!” He asked. “Yes, maybe you might find your mate there!” Xander scoffs angrily. “Every teenager attending crescent high is from this pack… I don't need to go to school to find my mate!”

It was weird that I still couldn't get used to the both of them towering over me like I was a prey that they wanted to pounce on and devour. "Where are we going?" Dax asked, looking at his brother and then at me. "For a little shower, and a lot of fun." Xavier replied in a snarky tone. "Are we not hunting JJ down?" Dax squinted his eyes on me. "You want to join in?" I was surprised to hear him ask and including 'we' in his question. "Do you think I was going to let you go and avenge yourself against that fucker alone?" "Hmm... The Russo Brothers are back on action." Xavier smirked behind me.
