Sashi immediately ran back into her room and closed the door, though she still peeked out slightly to see whether Arlan would open it. Arlan turned to Bintang and held the drawing beside his face, as if comparing them. “Am I really this fierce?” Arlan asked Bintang, because Sashi had drawn him looking intimidating, with sharp eyes, an angry mouth, and a posture that looked furious. Bintang burst into laughter, completely amused, especially since Arlan was comparing the drawing to himself.

Nothing about him excites me enough to want to spend time with him. A devious thought crawls into my mind and I smile even wider; “No, I don’t mind. I’d like us to talk.” My chest constricts with guilt at the twinkle of excitement in his eyes. He retrieves his phone from his pocket and stretches it towards me; “My name is Hinata. Can I have your number?” I can feel the full weight of Bhyron’s stare on me now. He’s no longer concerned with being discreet. My blood pressure jumps with excitement.
