Harvey York's Rise to Power

Harvey York's Rise to Power

The mysterious Yin-Yang Technique of the Island Nations meant nothing to Harvey! Despair crept up in Soraru’s mind. Harvey had terrified him, and he wasn’t confident in the Yin-Yang Technique at all… Harvey ignored Soraru and looked outside the shrine. For a moment, a strong aura appeared. Someone wanted to take action, but stopped in the end. Harvey then looked back at Soraru, smiling coldly. … Half an hour later, on the road back. Mandy slowly woke up, leaning on the Toyota Prado’s seat.

Rayuwa

Rayuwa

If we allowed the issue to linger and spread, the virgin sacrifices alone would not solve the problem. I learned that this whole problem began over five hundred years ago when a deity called Ruhun Daji abandoned Lafiya and its people. The people struck a deal with Aljanan Daji to survive. Aljanan Daji requested that Rayuwa be given to her. She asked that those in Rayuwa would only worship her. As long as the people of Rayuwa kept her happy, she would prosper Lafiya, and no evil would befall them. Rayuwa was sparsely populated then, so families were selected from different parts of Lafiya to relocate to Rayuwa and keep the covenant, never to leave the island once they were tied to the land. L

Higan

Higan

I asked. "Ah..." He began awkwardly and let go of me before moving back a little. "It's nothing." "It's not nothing, Hig. It looks like it hurt." He held my hand and kissed the back of my palm. "It doesn't hurt anymore so, don't worry." I heard someone giggle and I looked around his shoulder at the older woman stood behind him. She was short with straight, brown hair that was tied in a bun. She wore a grey suit and I couldn't help but notice that she resembled Higan quite a bit.

The Alpha's Replacement Bride

The Alpha's Replacement Bride

The man tilted slightly to check Harriet's legs and tried to lift her skirt. "Eh?!" Harriet was startled, holding Liam's hand, but Liam persisted until they were both interrupted by someone– "Ahem!" Liam was surprised to see a stranger appear in the room. A beautiful woman with very beautiful curves, and bright orange hair like the sunset. Arai Padparadscha entered the room with awkward steps, although her body remained straight and exuded a strong authority. Her demeanor was similar to Harriet's but more arrogant and fiery. "Introducing myself to Young Lord Almandine," said the woman, unsure of where to look because Liam and Harriet were still sitting in the same position. "My name is Arai

Crossing a hand over her heart she started; "Dia dhuit", she greeted politely, "As mentioned, my name is Hikaru Raijin I'm an Ascendant of the Spirit of Lightning. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance", she greeted. "Raijin?" Moira hummed, "Like the God of Lightning in Japanese myth?" she queried politely. Pleasantly surprised Hikaru smiled and nodded, "Similar", she answered, and "He's the Japanese God or thunder, storms and lightning and my father", she stated bowing.

Sisyphyra

Sisyphyra

I didn't even know the cost but before he died he kept mumbling his apologies to Tema for being unfaithful. As soon as the news of his death reached the village, there was a great morning they began to plead with us that we should come and worship at the shrine to prevent more deaths. Hijara, on the other hand, was so happy she even laughed at the situation which caused us to think that she was mentally unstable and maybe she was because she didn't stop laughing. She used every opportunity she had to express it. Tema's eyes were red and sore for days. Hijara's presence tends to elevate her anger until one evening she grew vexed to a boiling point when she began laughing again. In fury, Tema
