“Accessories: SHANNON PARKER.” “I am not an accessory!” I cursed under my breath, hurling the contact book in the trunk. It clunked against something hollow. Curious, I brushed away a layer of junk. Underneath the robes was a tight-fit cellar door. I scrunched my face in confusion. “What in the world?” I mouthed, fingering the brass knocker. It was shaped like a lion's head. The knocker snarled. The pipes groaned the way they always had. Some things never changed. I had just taken a sip when a sharp knock sounded on the door. My entire body stiffened who would come here? Bowen screamed. Everyone could hear the panic and hysteria in his voice. He stumbled off the stage, tripping and lurching toward the backstage area. In his panic, he didn't notice the steps.
