He wore a black slicked back hair wig but retained his eye color. I wore a simple white baby doll dress with daisy flowers as design. It is a flowy fabric and reaches unto my feet, covering my light blue flat shoes. The sleeves of the dress were puff in form and with daisy flowers around it too. My neck was adorned with a simple gold necklace with a name as a pendant: ‘omorfos’. Because I will be immediately recognized by my eye color and hair, I also needed to wear a long and wavy platinum blonde wig and a tinted shades. It is best to hide things that will blow our covers up lest we want this to go to waste. It would be a bad ending for me if I were to be eaten alive by the hatred of the pe

’ Hestia thought to herself as she remembered the lessons given to her as well as the training about disguise when she was younger and still inside the ISO. She then began preparing her, braiding it all up and then putting on a wig with a mid- length long, but still black and straight like her original hair. After the hair was the make up, this is where she only put a crimson red lipstick and a winged eyeliner and if one were to look at her face now and her original face, those changes— even though minimal— surely changes her whole being.

Suddenly, a young girl crossed the portal and came over to their side. She looked like she was merely sixteen. Her eyes were black and clear, resembling a beautiful night sky. Her clothing was very girly, a pink dress that suited her appearance. She was also holding a staff that was much taller than herself, as if she were just cosplaying for a convention. Esmeralda had previously mentioned her first impression about Agatha. Seeing this, Alex believed her entirely, as it wasn’t just an opinion, it was the truth. Anyone would think that Agatha was younger than Esmeralda.

People dressed in colorful costumes, with many wearing Halloween costumes. Some are dressed as sexy bunnies, mummies, zombies, and even werewolves. “Windward.” When Vero heard Lev calling her by her last name, her heart raced, and her pulse is so strong that it makes her throat tighten. She stares at the surface of the lake for a split second.

I didn’t want to let go of Ben’s hand, but at least I knew he’d be in the room. Mage Jaye stood and walked around the room. She looked every bit as much like a witch as anyone I’d ever seen in a movie who was pretending to be a witch. She had a long, sharp nose, pale skin, and red curly hair pulled back into a bun that I could only see when she lowered her hood. She was wearing a long navy blue dress with gold trim, in similar shades to the uniform I’d noticed the man wearing outside who’d let us into the gate. I thought those must be the official colors of the School of Sorcery.

Her black dress clung to her curves and was adorned with various gemstones that sparkled in the light. She had a cloak draped over her shoulders, and her long black hair cascaded down her back. Her eyes, which were a piercing green, were lined with kohl, and her lips were painted a deep red.

A tiara, a mask for a ball. Perhaps you’re more of a cowboy ey? “This is ridiculous.” I muttered as Pierce plucked disguise glasses-complete with a mustache from the wire wrack. “Mommy can I get a wizard hat and a beard?” She yelled excitedly. I wouldn't have said no, but if she called me mum and asked me to buy the man’s whole shop I would’ve done it. Halloween was around the corner and we were both looking forward to my first Halloween and our first, together, I knew Heidi was going to be some di

Kiara’s blue eyes flicked over to where her niece leaned against the trunk of the sugar maple tree with green leaves and small greenish yellow flowers above her. She sat on grass that was already lush and green thanks to the pack Omega’s and city maintenance crews. Unlike her sister’s unruly curls, Marie had straight dark auburn hair that hung just past her shoulders. Her bright warm honey eyes devoured the words on the page in front of her. In her young mind, Marie wore Hogwarts robes that were in the Ravenclaw colors. In reality, she wore knee length khaki shorts and a pur

"I wanted his—a little version of Kael, strong and sharp, with the fire and spirit that runs in his veins. I wanted a child who could carry that same legacy, the one that makes both of you—Kael and you—rivals in the eyes of the world. A force that even the highest courts of the werewolf world would have to take notice of.” Her eyes shimmered with a longing she couldn’t mask, and she clenched her fists at her sides. “I wanted a pup that could stand alongside the heirs of the strongest, the fiercest—one that could challenge and compete with the finest, just like how you and Kael always do to make your parents proud. I wanted to that, to know that we had made something with the same kind of blo
