Hogwarts Legacy Werewolf Tapestry Novels & Stories

Instead, I turned my attention to Natalie Hayes, who had spotted me across the room and was now eagerly making her way toward us. "Eliza! You came!" she exclaimed, grabbing my arm with surprising familiarity. "Come, you must see these tapestries. They depict the legendary wolf hunts from before the Great Alliance." She dragged me away, Lily following hesitantly behind. The tapestries were indeed magnificent—intricate scenes of wolves in battle, their forms rendered in silver and gold thread against midnight blue fabric. "Do you know how to ride?" Natalie asked suddenly, her eyes bright with enthusiasm. I shook my head. "I never learned."

"Then why does he need Letty specifically?" The elder's gaze dropped to the pendant. "Because the seal was made from the blood of the original White Wolf. And if her blood carries that same power" "He can use me as a key," I finished for him. Nobody argued. Then I noticed something in the corner of the page, a drawing, faded but unmistakable. A woman stood before a massive stone doorway with black hair, pale, wolf-pale eyes and a crescent mark glowing on her wrist. My heart stopped. "That looks like me."

The stones are cool and dusty against the soles of my feet while I pass the alcove where the old tapestry hangs. For a minute or two, I forget why I came out here in the first place and just stared at the sewn together artwork on the old tapestry that shows the picture of a wolves and hounds and a moon that is set too low. Perhaps however created this was trying to create a hunt scene on a mountain. I intrigued, but then I hear the sounds of fists on leather and the scrape of boots coming from the training yard.

Perhaps they thought I was another servant as well? At the top of the steps, I saw the bright red tapestry that Prince Legiere mentioned. Embroidered werewolves skewered the boar with pikes and spears. I lifted the golden tasseled end of the tapestry and tapped around the tile underneath. Sure enough, I could feel the shifting of gears on the four corners of one ivory tile. I slid the tile as quietly as I could to the side, and a dark passageway opened up before me. I had to bend down to fit inside, and I closed the ivory tile behind me. Darkness obscured my vision for a moment.

—A Lira unwrapped the bundle. Inside was a collection of teaching aids: a set of polished stones etched with the symbols of the old runes, a cured-hide map of the territories marked with the locations of the wards, a small crystal that would glow faintly when touched by a wolf with seer potential, and a leather-bound journal with blank pages, ready to be filled with lessons. And at the bottom of the bundle, a single item that made Lira's breath catch. A fragment of silver bark from the Heartwood, smooth and warm to the touch. Carved into its surface, in Ronan's handwriting, were the words she knew by heart:

"This meeting is only for those with active brain. Everybody can as well leave." Oh it is about to go down. Zane's head nearly rolled off his head in shock, “Did you just call me brain dead?” "If you could clearly understand what I said then you shouldn’t be bothered by the insult." Caius kept his tone perfectly pleasant. "Now no more distractions." While everyone was busy observing Caius’ drawings, I noticed what Lysander came in with. "What is that?" I asked, moving closer. "Legend book from the archive." Lysander opened it carefully. "Says your pendant can summon royal guardian wolves."

Avalea I don’t know how long I was unconscious, but when I come to, I’m once again staring into the Werewolf’s silver-gray eyes. They’re not glowing this time, thanks to the bright sunlight flooding the hut. I try to sit up, but wince as pain shoots up my leg. I’m still feeling light-headed. The Werewolf is looking at the blood-soaked remains of my nightgown and the pool of blood on the floor with horror. “What the hell!” he exclaims.

His brown eyes turn gold, the irises striking in the dark. Trying to shake off his presence, I respond, "Lyra Vale sent for me. Where is she?" That seems to reach him. He shakes his head and takes another step. From my vantage point, I can see his arms. The deep blue T-shirt doesn’t fully cover the intricate ink that covers his skin. The design contains what appears to be a wolf and a vulture within the layers. "And you are?" "Tess," I answer quickly, meeting his gaze. "Tess what?" he urges, obviously wanting my last name, as he stops in front of me. This close, standing just inches away from him, I can sniff him. Like a touch of the woods, forest, and earth. Are werewolves supposed to smell

Then I looked past him at the others and saw the way they had all gone very carefully still. "What were you talking about?" I asked. Nobody answered right away. Crystal looked at the table. Marcus looked at Adam. Adam's jaw tightened. "Tell me," I said. "Right now." Lucian was the one who stepped forward. He always was. "I found something in the pack archives last week. I didn't want to say anything until I was sure I understood it correctly." He paused. "It's a ritual. Ancient werewolf magic, older than the council, older than most of the written laws. It can restore a wolf that has been extracted from its host."

Selena's irritation was evident, her impatience palpable. The grand hall where the meeting took place was adorned with opulent tapestries that depicted the history of the werewolf community. Intricate patterns and symbols traced their way across the walls, showcasing the rich heritage and traditions that bound them together. The scent of burning candles filled the air, casting a warm, flickering glow that danced upon the polished marble floors.
