The Mafia's Queen

The Mafia's Queen

Giovanni held my hand and squeezed them, so I looked at him with curiosity. “What?” I asked him as I looked his hand onne.to His other hand is holding the steering wheel. “You are spacing out,” he said. “Oh,” I said. I took a deep breath and released the air.

I Am The Luna

I Am The Luna

Mom murmurs as she weakly tugs our hands closer, placing mine upwards. Adriana’s heart thunders as Mom places her hand on mine and I slowly wrap my fingers around it, enjoying the sparks that dance up my arm. Her hand is soft, but I can feel parts of it are slightly hardened. She’s handled weapons, her hands are proof of that.

Amazing. Packed full of all the great things we've come to expect from Moonlight Muse. Grab a tissue. You'll need it at least once, but it's totally worth it. Thanks again for bringing us another amazing story, Muse

The Girl He Never Knew

The Girl He Never Knew

Noah Hale was the most contradictory person I had ever known and I was so tired of not knowing which version was real. "Give me your hands," he motioned. I blinked. "What?" "You're still shaking." He held both of his out like it was a simple thing. I looked at his hands. I thought about four seconds across a basketball court. I thought about an ice pack held at the correct angle. I thought about three hours on a bus where he didn't move so I could sleep. And I put my hands in his. His fingers closed around mine warm, firm, and his thumbs started moving in slow circles across my knuckles before I could talk myself out of how much I needed that exact thing right now. My heartrate did something

The Rise Of The Betrayed Wife

The Rise Of The Betrayed Wife

Something clean and cedar-like. I forced myself to breathe normally. “Better,” he said, his voice even and professional. “Now I'm going to place my hand on your lower back. It's a standard gesture for photos, very common at formal events. It looks natural and suggests familiarity.” He described what he was going to do before doing it, and I noticed that and filed it away as something important. His hand came to rest on my lower back, light and careful, his palm barely applying any pressure through the fabric of my shirt.

Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

A dull ache sitting low in my side, like a jab. Something else catches my attention before I can focus on it. My fingers. They twitch slightly, a small, instinctive movement, like I am testing if I can still move at all. And I feel something. Firm. Warm. My brow furrows faintly as my awareness sharpens around that sensation. My fingers move again, curling just a little, brushing against something solid that is holding onto me. A hand. The realization comes quietly, but it settles deep. Someone is holding my hand.

the alpha is supposed to be blind, it’s the whole premise of the book, yet the author constantly describes him as “seeing” people’s blood shot eyes, watching people walk away, looking at himself. it’s sloppy, bad writing. i don’t recommend the “sometimes not quite blind alpha”
Sirena Mares
Interesting characters. Interesting werewolf lore. I just hope the author never "cures" the blind alpha as he actually is mostly capable anyway. The FL goes through quite the character development, and that's putting it mildly. The quality of the narration and writing itself is publish-worthy.

The Lycan King's Curse

The Lycan King's Curse

In this moment, we accepted the challenge Lucian had placed before us. As our hands found each other, fingers interlacing, I couldn't help but feel a profound sense of connection and support. The clasp of our hands symbolized a bond that surpassed words—a tangible representation of our unwavering commitment to one another. It was a gesture that spoke volumes, reinforcing our shared purpose and unyielding loyalty.

THE GOODBYE HE MISSED

THE GOODBYE HE MISSED

She went to him immediately. She took his hand — his right hand, small and warm and entirely alive — and she held it with the specific pressure of a person who needed to confirm, through contact, a fact that the visual evidence had not yet fully delivered. He was warm. He was breathing. The hand in hers had weight and temperature and the familiar callus at the base of his index finger from holding pencils. He was here. She did not speak. There was nothing to say that the holding did not already contain.

great start..concise with nuances. hope it would end the same way. not tooo many chapters that the main characters became watered down with so many side stories. i'm reading along slowly... so that i don't have to wait for updates. keep up the good work, dear author!
Miriam
I'm only on chapter 5 of this story and I'm so invested. It's well written and I love how the female lead, Sophia, is depicted. I hope things work out for her and the children, away from the man who doesn't recognize the value in the family he's neglected.

Married by Mistake to My Ex-Husband’s Brother

Married by Mistake to My Ex-Husband’s Brother

My balance broke properly this time, not a stagger but a real shift, my center going somewhere my feet could not follow fast enough, and for a clear and specific moment I was going to fall. A hand. Strong, closing around my wrist with the specific quality of a grip that is not holding you back but holding you in place, not dragging you toward something but preventing you from leaving a position you needed to maintain. I felt the grip before I had fully processed what it was, and then I processed it and the world snapped back into the shape it was supposed to have. Ethan. His hand on my wrist, his grip firm enough to be effective and not firmer than that.
