Bride of the Beast

Bride of the Beast

The silver tooth monster hollered, and they high-fived in macabre fashion. “Help me! Someone help me!” I screamed hoarsely, my voice gone from crying when I spotted the hard tent in the dark haired man’s draws. I couldn’t understand why he scared me more. It might have been the jagged line of white scar tissue that ran down his roguish, hollow-cheeked face. Or the way he was mostly watching me and letting the short man do all the fancy talk. The morbid talk. I felt thoroughly violated as I felt around for something, anything I could use to defend myself, my scarred hand itching painfully.

Rejected: Mated To The Young Human Luna

She only ever cried when she was unable to sleep and was forced to think back on the interactions her dad had with her while he was still alive. Immediately, Scarlett stood from where she was sitting and faced Avery and Cornelia. "There is something I didn't tell you guys. Something strange happened to me last night, and you might not believe me when I tell you, so I will show you instead." "I'm lost. My apologies. Are you getting it?" Cornelia turned to ask Avery. "Shh. Cornel, let's pay attention to what she has to say." Scarlett held up her shirt to show her friends the scar left by the bite she got from the beast. "Do you think the paranormal is real?"

Haunted by Office Things

Haunted by Office Things

After Mr. Tucker said that, I had no choice but to endure the freezing air for the entire morning. I shivered nonstop, my teeth chattering. When noon finally arrived, I went downstairs to buy some cold medicine. As I passed the coffee machine, I barely raised my hand. I wasn't even touching it when it suddenly sprayed scalding coffee at me, just like in my last life. I tried again and again, cautiously reaching out. Every time my hand got close, the machine would fire with uncanny precision, splashing boiling coffee onto the back of my hand.

Horror Game, More Like a Family Reunion

Horror Game, More Like a Family Reunion

Her mouth was stretched wide in a horrifying shriek. A wave of pure hatred rolled off her, so cold it burned the air. The chat stirred to life again. [Here we go! Classic jump scare!] [That's one of the manor's most vicious ghosts! It feeds on the players' fear!] [This newbie is toast! She won't even have time to react!] [I can already picture her getting torn to shreds...] But I didn't scream. I didn't run. Of course, my heart condition chose that exact moment to flare up. The pain was so bad I could barely stand.

Romancing the Horror

Romancing the Horror

His wrinkled face looked like it was crawling with countless wriggling worms. I shuddered and stepped back, whispering to Silvia, "Good thing I've got you. This place is terrifying." She snorted and suddenly shoved me forward, straight toward George. With an icy laugh, she said, "This pretty boy will make a great offering. You're going to love him." Before I could react, George gestured, and several eerie puppets stepped forward to pin me down and drain my blood. A sharp bell rang out, echoing through the night.

The Billionaire Artist's Contract Stripper

The Billionaire Artist's Contract Stripper

I reached out, letting my fingers graze the cold, iron handle—just as footsteps came down the hall. I froze. Not because I was scared. But because I knew whose steps those were. “Don’t.” His voice wasn’t loud, but it didn’t need to be. I turned slowly, finding him standing a few feet behind me. No jacket. Just that same cold gaze and dark presence. “Curiosity,” he said, “is how people die in horror stories.” “I’m not scared of horror stories,” I said. “You should be,” he replied. We stared at each other for a moment too long.

HEXA : MERCHANT OF DEMISE

Instead, he took someone else. A skinned, tall man was hanging out of the window of the second villa of De Morte Villas with his head hooked to a hook. The blood oozed out of his head and chest, which had been stabbed with a knife. "It’s Host Hook," one of his male students said out loud. Aaron looked at his uniform and the face to confirm that the person was Zirconius Wooferhook. One of his hotel’s employees cried, "It must be the wrath of the merchant."

It's a very developing novel, the more we dive in, the more the story gets interesting and intriguing. I love the characters, and it really portrays a lot of parts of the novel. The story is overall smooth and in place. I also loved the soft smooth developed work of the author, it melts my heart.

What an amazing story with ghost romance.. The author just shown the plot rather writing it. The first chapter, the opening poem and the very intriguing blurb - it hooked me, totally recommending this story.

Knock! Knock! Death On Your Doorstep

Knock! Knock! Death On Your Doorstep

Damien went to hug her and caressed her back in order to calm her down. "Shh, they won't break out from hell," He kept whispering some comforting words but Mara can't seem to hear them. She jumped out of her bed and went tp Shane. "Shane, wake up! Wake up!" She said in a hysterical manner. Horror intensified in her eyes when Shane did not open his eyes. "He's trapped," She mumbled. "Hey, what's going on?" Damien asked as he went hysterical with Mara. "Damien, I need you to slash him with your scythe three seconds after I touch the chain. Do you understand?" She said as she positions herself next to Shane's ankle.

I have to say, this is an excellent read, right from the first chapter it just grasps you. I know it isn't comedy but the choice of words just had me giggling. I just know it's about to get intense. If you're wandering whether to read it or not, take it from me, you must! You won't regret it!

I love the dark part of this story. It's touchy and realistic. Even though I just read the first chapter, I felt every meaningful touch and idea the author wanted to pass through. I'm so impressed and I definitely love this. Keep it up, writer.
