Jordan had dirty blonde hair, brown eyes and a lean body. He could of been an athlete but Jordan didn't want to become a jock for reasons that were obvious to everyone else except Trix.

We didn't let the darkness win. END OF VOLUME ONE

The dark forest started to clear as I flew forward on my delicate wings. The first thing to catch my eye in the firelight was Kezia strapped to a pole in the middle of the nexus circle surrounded by what looked to be human bones. The rose bushes that were planted six years ago were the size of people, bushy, and well cared for. Their blooms were just starting to fade as the fall equinox rose. A hundred or so crystals sparkled in the moonlight spread out over the complicated circles drawn in the dirt. Mila stood at the edge of the circle chanting in a language I couldn't make out.

Kaelen asked, a faint, tired smile touching his lips. ​"They want to know how to build a 'Spire-Network' that doesn't require a Board of Directors," Julian said, his silver-mapped skin glowing with a steady, peaceful light. "They want to know the 'Frequency of the Rogue.'" ​The Eternal Horizon ​Kaelen looked at the "Archive of Whispers" on his wrist. It was no longer a record of the past. It was a Compass. ​The single line of golden light was pointing toward the "Great-Attractor", the massive gravitational anomaly at the center of the universe.

“Because I already have your Memory Key.” His fingers curled slightly around it. “Anything I want to know, you’ll gladly give me.” He paused. “And did you know this is all a dream?” Rinjani stopped breathing. She looked around. The forest was gone. Now she stood on a hot, sun-drenched beach beneath a blazing midday sky. Far in the distance, more than a dozen men dressed entirely in blue and red were running after a brightly colored yellow ball. “Holy shit. Of course!” Rinjani stared in disbelief.

And remind the Sky Court who really owns the horizon. Game on.

​The return from the Oort Horizon was a journey through a solar system that felt fundamentally altered. The "Static of the Edge" had vanished, replaced by a profound, ringing clarity. As the Respiration glided past the Jovian moons and the Martian "Red Bloom," the crew could feel the weight of their final victory. The last ghost of the Old Guard—the Matriarch who had mistaken preservation for life—had been laid to rest.

The horizon fractured violently— Not vertically. Not horizontally. Radially. From them. And for the first time— The older presence hesitated.

Ama looked at the screen. Then at the distant horizon. Then back again. A strange calm settled over her. Not confidence. Not certainty. Something else. Acceptance. Whatever waited beyond the horizon had already altered everything. The Pillars were awakening. The Council was moving. Reality itself was changing. Refusing the connection would not stop any of it. Slowly, she touched the screen. The response was immediate. The request vanished. The display went completely dark. For one second. Two. Three. Then the world disappeared.
