He was about to head for the fire escape when he regained visuals. He was looking at Becky. There was no sound, but she was standing in the middle of the theater, screaming as something reached for her from beyond the movie screen. It looked like a long, black tentacle, and then there were more. The picture cut in and out, casting alternating light and darkness around her, making it appear as if she were moving in grainy slow motion. “Becky!” he shouted aloud, mystified as to why he couldn’t actually hear her screaming.

I whispered to the empty room, my voice trembling with panic. My hand moved frantically over my belly, and I lifted my clothes, revealing a scar that looked as if it had been torn apart and sewn back together. The sight of it sent a shockwave through me, and I screamed, "AHHHHH!" My body reacted violently to the horror. I turned on the bed, scratching at my skin, pulling at my hair, desperate to rid myself of the pain and revulsion. My screams echoed through the room, a raw and primal outpouring of my anguish.

Maureen I should have known the night was doomed to spiral the moment the theater lights dropped to black. The screen flickered awake. That signature low, creeping violin slithered through the speakers—the universal audio warning that something awful was coming. My stomach twisted before the first jump scare even landed. Nyxara leaned in, her breath warm against my ear. “Why is it already so dark? Did we miss the opening credits?” “It’s a horror movie,” I whispered back, already questioning every decision that led me here. “They don’t waste time on pleasantries.”

My scream filled the room. "Elena, enough," the Adrian on-screen said. "Selena planned this for my birthday. Don't ruin it because you can't stand seeing her happy." The real Adrian folded forward as if the sentence had struck him in the stomach. He covered his mouth and retched, but there was nothing left in him to bring up. "She was looking at me," he whispered. He stared at the frozen image of my face above the box. "The whole time, she was looking at me."

I REACHED INTO MY pocket to pull out the scissors and do just that when Nightmare Master started yelling at me. “Don't you dare pull those scissors out of your pocket.” I tilted my head, “What did I tell you about yelling?” He was silent for a moment before he spoke in a tone of barely concealed anger. “Can you please address the camera, telling everyone who you are and answering a couple of questions?” “Okay, just make sure the camera is in the right place.” I agreed easily.

Her long dark hair and white nightgown dripped with water. “Action!” the director called, and the entire set fell silent. Shaina, who had been eating, suddenly paused. She looked toward the staircase in horror. Danice stood there, her eyes hollow and lifeless as they locked onto Shaina’s. Her face was devoid of color. The camera only focused briefly on her face before Shaina’s scream echoed throughout the house. But Medina, who should have been concerned about her daughter’s sudden scream, merely narrowed her eyes. “Is that what you call a terrified scream? You sound like a pig being slaughtered.”

Calla A scream echoes from the hallway, sharp and panicked. My body jerks. My breath shortens. Everything freezes inside me for a second, like my brain just disconnected. “Hey nerdy, move out if you won’t keep the line,” Sasha snaps from across the line, loud as ever, lips glossed and permanently annoyed. She’s leading the cheer squad today, same energy, same dramatic eyeliner.

I said "You are all dressed, are you going somewhere?" "Yeah, there's a movie being showed in the theatres today so am going to watch it" She said "Oh what's the tittle of the movie?" I asked "The Exorcist" She said "Is that some kind of action thriller?" "No it's a horror movie, wanna go watch it together?" she asked "Horror movie? No thanks, I've seen a lot of horror last night to last me a lifetime" "Breakfast is ready" Brie said as she set the dinning table and we went to meet her

Yes, despite not being brave, Haisley still enjoyed watching horror films. Because she was too focused on the character in the movie, she didn't notice the ripples in the pool. Until the creepy character appeared on her phone screen at the same time Nathan emerged from the swimming pool. Inevitably, the scream she held in burst out. Nathan, hearing it, immediately turned and saw Haisley looking at him with a shocked and frightened expression.

The girl screamed which came at the time I also screamed. Different couples that were sitting down diverted their attention to me and shot me different glares. "Stop shouting!" Ryan Muttered but in a mock tone. I couldn't raise my head to continue looking at the screen but rather, buried my heart in his chest "Thought you said you are a boss when it comes to horror movies?" He teased "Oh no! Not this kind of movie" I murmured "Raise your head, that one had gone" he talked
