It was as if time had slowed to a crawl, each second stretching out into an eternity of silence and fear. And then, just as suddenly as it had begun, it was over. He turned away from me, his eyes cold and distant as he signaled to Diyo with a flick of his wrist. I watched in horror as Diyo nodded, his face set in a grim line, and then, without warning, he threw a gas bomb into the middle of the room. For a moment, there was nothing but chaos and confusion, the air thick with the acrid smell of smoke and gas. I stumbled backwards, my eyes stinging and my throat burning as I tried to make sense of what was happening.

When I finally recognize the shadows as the same men who had attacked me, fear cripples me into not being able to make even the smallest movement on the floor anymore. The men’s hard, scarred and unsmiling faces as they walk closer to me does even more to leave me paralyzed. Without a word, they position themselves at every corner in the warehouse and begin to pour the contents of gallons I’d barely noticed they had brought in here with them. The smell of the liquid that’s now seeping all over the floor is what jerks me out of my shocked state. Is that…gasoline? Oh my god, it IS gasoline.

I take another deep breath, gripping the wheel tightly. One more cave. One more chance. With that, I shift the truck into gear and head towards the unknown, determined to find the witch who has eluded me for far too long. I’ve been driving for hours, the road stretching endlessly before me, but now I have to stop. The gas gauge hovers near empty, and my stomach grumbles, reminding me that I haven’t eaten since early this morning. Spotting a small, rundown gas station on the side of the road, I pull in next to pump one. The place is quiet, with only one other car parked near the entrance. A few flickering lights buzz above the store’s entrance, casting a dull glow on the cracked pavement.

“On this night. In this place. We call you!” The lights went out completely, and the entire drive-in was cloaked in total darkness. Gasps and whispers shot across the black expanse. My heart pounded in my ears and my veins sizzled. Suddenly, a green flash swooped across the sky and over the crowd. The nervous whispers turned to panicked screams as a howling death’s head blazing with eerie light flew through the drive-in. It swung in a wide arc, then came racing back towards me. I was so stunned I couldn’t move as the thing barreled at me like a cannon ball. At the last second, I managed to throw myself to the ground to get out of the way. I say. “This town looks like something out of one of the horror movies my brothers like to watch,” she says. She pulls into the gas station and as expected, no one comes out. And old sign, broken on one side, creaks eerily as it swings in the breeze. I walk up to the door where the gas station attendant would be. I look inside and seeing nothing, I try the door. Locked. “No one’s here. Let’s see if there’s any gas in this gas station.”

"On it!" Hayley whistled for her dogs and sprinted toward the gas station with them at her heels. When she got close, she finally saw movement—zombies. The small gas station lot was littered with them, wandering aimlessly between the pumps and the convenience store. The store itself was a wreck. Judging by the mess, when traffic had stopped on the highway, people must've fled here for shelter or supplies. But none of them made it out. Every single one had turned.

Alexander gushes in excitement. "Okay I will come." Rushes Amara. She wanted to get out of the devil's abode some way or the other. Nothing he speaks next goes inside Amara's head. "Alex I am feeling very frightened here. Everybody had gone out to watch a horror movie playing at a nearby theater and I am alone. Could you please come home instead of the driver to pick me?

His wrinkled face looked like it was crawling with countless wriggling worms. I shuddered and stepped back, whispering to Silvia, "Good thing I've got you. This place is terrifying." She snorted and suddenly shoved me forward, straight toward George. With an icy laugh, she said, "This pretty boy will make a great offering. You're going to love him." Before I could react, George gestured, and several eerie puppets stepped forward to pin me down and drain my blood. A sharp bell rang out, echoing through the night.

William, who was driving into the gas station, sighed in relief. Just as he was looking for a place to park, a large tank truck rushed in his direction like a madman. The real danger was here. William broke out a cold sweat as he watched the tank rush towards him. They were crazy for doing this in a gas station, one collision could cause a huge explosion. There was a car rapidly driving into the gas station, so there was no way for him to retreat, and he could only move aside.

Not knowing where to go to calm my discomfort, I leave for the city, where nothing entertains me and therefore, I continue my journey by car, until I pass the limitation of my territory. I react when it's about dawn and that's why I get out of the car at a gas station to find out where I am and go to the bathroom, while I recharge the gasoline. Stunned, I enter a store, where with displeasure I go to the bathroom and buy some water. “Everybody on the floor! This is a heist!” screams an armed human shooting towards the ceiling to the point that in a matter of seconds sows fear among all those present who throw themselves to the ground.
