How Many Words Should Be In A Chapter Novels & Stories

"Can we at least try to make this marriage a real one?" --- Hello. You might think this story is in slow progress, truth is, it's not. This book is originally on its 22nd chapter but the wordcounts are so long that it needs to be cut into two to make it affordable. Hope you understand it.

This has been irritating me for a few days. To the people complaining about how the chapters are broken up, this is not a decision I made myself. I'm doing what I was told to do. GN wants chapters under 1k words to make them easier to purchase. Especially with bonus coins. My chapters tend to be 3-4k words so I HAVE to break them up. The first few chapters that are free I kept at their regular length because they are free, but the chapters starting from where it goes to PTR I was told to make shorter. There are other option on where to read my books if the chapter breaks are that much of an issue.... Leaving negative reviews for something so silly and out of my hands is unfair and really pet
