How Many Words In A Chapter Book Novels & Stories

Most have asked how long the book will be. My editor and I are still discussing it, but it should be around 300 chapters because it will have Zane and Ian's story incorporated. (I won't drag it, I promise. *pinky swears*) If you have any other questions, please comment below, and I'll do my best to answer each and every one of them. I wish I could respond to the comments here on GoodNovel, but that is not a feature that is easily accessible for authors on the desktop. This chapter is a little over 1500 words on my end so I believe it will become 2 when it updates. As I get closer tothe end of the book, I am going back to clarify things for continuity. If you catch something...And I know you will, this story is over 550k words when it was originally supposed to be like 80k TOTAL LOL. Please let me know on my Face. Book page under my author name. But back to your question, I love all of them, equally. Audience: *cheers*. Audience (5): How many chapters would your book have? Naomi: Originally, I wanted my book to end in chapter forty or fifty. But with the way it's going, I might finish it at Chapter sixty. I doubt it would end in seventy though. But it isn't impossible. If I see it going to a hundred, I'll just have to write a part two. I don't like writing long books. Audience: *cheers*

So baring with me and sticking it out, means more to me than you could possibly imagine. Second, I want to say this is not the end. This is an intermission. A break or hiatus if you want to call it. With updates being so scarce, I’m sure you’re thinking that I should have done this earlier. And maybe I should have. I wanted to push and get to a point though where I felt okay and not like I was going to regret stepping away for a moment. So far, this story has 125 chapters. That is my second longest (behind Shift) and we currently have 252,800 words. That is nuts! That’s more than Twilight and New Moon combined! Hahaha!

So gentlewolves (this is my nickname for my readers. I just came up with it, what do you my gentlewolves think?) So on to the reason why I am writing this note before the start of the chapter... I was wondering that maybe my chapters are too long So I'll be making it shorter Now instead of the 1k+ words I usually write I'll be writing 600-700 words from now till further notice That is if you my gentlewolves are happy with it

Every chapters of my story contain 3,000-5,000 words kaya medyo madami ang pag-iisipan. Pag dama mo kasi ang kwento mo, hindi mo mamamalayan na nasa ganoong word count ka na pala. Minsan din nahihirapan ako kaya medyo nagiging 2-3 days before maka-finished ako nang isang chapter. Sa writers block naman, ang ginagawa ko lang ay i-re-read iyong story ko then take down kung ano ang idadagdag. Saka every saturday and sunday hindi ako nag-susulat dahil pahinga ko iyon.

Hey guys, We are a few chapters away from completion. And as much as I wanted to make the story longer by adding additional twists and turns, it's already longer than planned. It was initially a 75-ish chapter, but I later realized that some details would be abruptly cut, hence the extension.
