The Alpha King Is Our Daddy

The Alpha King Is Our Daddy

Caleb asked softly as I started the engine. “Yes?” “Are you okay?” “I’m fine,” I said, and this time it felt mostly true. “How about we try a new route home and you guys tell me everything about bean-bag science?” Elijah perked up instantly. “Yes. I'll start. The first step is to aim your body like a comet—” “Not if you want to stay unbroken,” Caleb muttered.

The Alpha King's Vampire Princess

What made you decide to come here? I took a deep breath, like a really long and slow one, you know? And then, like magic, the words started to come together right in my throat. It was like I could feel them forming and getting ready to be spoken. Hey Magnus, I've got something super important that I really need to talk to you about. Hey, there's something I should've told you right at the beginning.

Charity Starts at Home

Charity Starts at Home

With a sick mother, a deadbeat father, and a broken sibling, he was the perfect candidate for my charity case. I sent him a message. “How much do you need for your tuition and living expenses? I’ll help you.” The response came back right away. Jumping straight into it, I asked for his bank details and transferred every last of Roddy’s salary that came five minutes ago. Once that was done, I put my phone on silent and tossed it aside. Thanks to Roddy, I decided I would start opening my heart to helping people, too.

Pregnant With Billionaire Alpha's Twins

Pregnant With Billionaire Alpha's Twins

I say drawing closer, "we could be like the detectives on TV. We'll have the gl*sses and hats, we'll be so cool, but… how are we gonna do it." There's a long silence as we both realize, we're not cut out to be detectives. We're back to where we started with our heads down. "We need a plan," Ash says as he gets on his feet. Hurrying towards his drawer, he takes a bunch of crayons and a book, laying them on the floor. He turns to me, his hand on my shoulder with a wide smile on his cheek, "Let's get to work." "But where do we start?" "I don't know, but we've got to start from somewhere, the best way to begin a race is with a little step," he says.

Satisfying the billionaire (mxm)

“And if anything looks wrong, we stop.” Jamie added, “Immediately.” I nodded. “Okay.” I stepped closer to the screen, heart racing, hands slightly shaking. Grayson was right behind me now, so close I could feel the warmth of him the way he stayed without saying anything. “What do I even do?” I asked quietly. Stephen answered, “Start simple.” Marcus added, “Direct communication.” Hanna nodded. “Talk to them.” I let out a small breath. “Talk to thousands of people reacting to me like I’m some kind of signal.”

Begin Again

Begin Again

"I have to take notes. Where's my notepad, and pen? Do I even have a notepad?" Gibby reached inside the small stationery box she'd brought, and handed her a brand new spiral-bound journal and a shiny pen emblazoned with the company's name. "Hey, don't stress," Clara grasped her hand and held it firmly. "It's only your first day." Sure, it was only her first day, but Eden didn't want to fudge it up even more, not after going batshit crazy on her boss. The more notes she made, the better. She did not want to give Liam any ammunition to growl and bark at her again.

Almost one of the best. Hence, totally agreed to one of the reviewers chapters leading to the end of the novel less interesting perhaps too much effort in making some catastrophe to the story to put some twist. could have made more effort in making the end not to subtle or too obvious.
Joan Young
Val Sims is one of my favorites. Begin Again is the first of her novels that I read and I loved it so much, I had to read all her other works and I love them also. I hope she continues to write because she tells a good story and her characters are believable.
