Letters Between Hearts

Letters Between Hearts

As the woman raised one slick hand, the city around them began to sparkle. The broken towers flickered. Silver fire streams frozen in. Then the world rewound. Buildings reassembled. Light returned. The decaying city became a stunning place.?... A civilization that was entirely different from Amina's imagination, towering in the darkness of the sun, had suspended crystalline spires, floating bridges and seemingly endless gardens. This was unprecedented. It was beautiful. And haunting. The first Amina softly stated that "this" was the source.... Her voice echoed throughout the city that had been rebuilt.

Reborn As a Villain Son With The Stronger Wife

Reborn As a Villain Son With The Stronger Wife

"And when you arrived, you were different from what I expected. Not ambitious noble trying to restore family power. Not desperate survivor trying to establish any foothold possible. Something else. Someone who looked at collapsed territory and saw opportunity to build rather than ruins to exploit." "That's pragmatic resource assessment." "No. That's fundamental orientation toward reconstruction rather than extraction. Most people who come to collapsed territories are trying to take what remains and leave before complications arise. You arrived and immediately started building permanent infrastructure." She was quiet for a moment. "I agreed to the debt because I was curious what a man looks l

Caught Between Two Men And The Apocalypse

Caught Between Two Men And The Apocalypse

Six months later. The world had not healed, at least not yet. But for the first time since civilization collapsed, it had begun to breathe again. Nobody in New Haven spoke about miracles anymore, but they spoke about work. Because every sunrise marked another day of rebuilding. Every sunset became proof that humanity had survived one more day. The city that had once been little more than a fortified refuge had transformed into something far greater, it had become a home, and the changes were impossible to ignore.

Ride Or Ruin The Biker Who Owned My Soul

Ride Or Ruin The Biker Who Owned My Soul

I placed my hand over my stomach and let myself feel the now steadier rhythm of the baby’s heartbeat. “She wants us trapped inside impossible choices.” His expression sharpened. “So we stop choosing the way she expects.” That was it. The shift. For too long we had been moving from one emergency to the next, patching wounds, chasing threats, surviving ruins. Now, for the first time since Morozov’s war began, rebuilding had to start. Not after Nadia, not now. Because rebuilding was not just about stone walls and club territory. It was about taking back control of the future.

The voss inheritance

The voss inheritance

The world did not heal in a day, but it healed in the way that the tide reshapes a coastline, slowly, relentlessly, and with a power that could not be bargained with. Ten years had passed since the Great Decoupling. The New Reach was no longer a camp or a school; it was the heart of a new kind of civilization. It was a city of stone, glass, and greenery, where the technology of the past served the needs of the living. The pylon cities of the south were being dismantled, their steel skeletons recycled into irrigation systems and hospitals.

Broken Illusions

Broken Illusions

Planning beyond democracy. Yashida appeared, her voice haunting. "We thought we were saving the world. What we did was reprogram its soul." No one in the room moved. When the playback ended, Lena stepped forward. “This is not just the story of a rogue system. It’s the story of how we forgot who we were. We let control replace compassion. We let efficiency devour memory. If we want to rebuild—truly rebuild—we have to start with humility.” A long silence followed. Then a man stood. He wore the uniform of an intelligence director, but his face was worn, tired.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

Then: "It made a choice." The city suddenly changed. The beautiful towers cracked. The lights dimmed. The streets emptied. The sky darkened. Then screams echoed across the world. Then the group saw it. The eye. Not imprisoned. Not sealed. Free. Watching the world. Watching the city. Watching everything. Then the vision accelerated. Years passing in seconds. Wars. Chaos. Destruction. The First Civilization collapsing. Then Ava stared. Then: "They lost." The Keeper nodded.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Frozen Revenge

Frozen Revenge

"I'm talking about species survival. We don't know how many other shelters exist. For all we know, we're it. The last forty-two humans. We have to think long-term." Vanessa—holding Baby Maya—spoke up. "I just had a baby three months premature in the apocalypse. I'm not ready to think about having more." "No one's forcing anything. Yet." Catherine's addition of that word made everyone tense. "I'm simply stating reality. If we're rebuilding, we need population growth. Children. Families. A next generation." "And the high-risk individuals?" an elderly woman asked bitterly. "Where do we fit in your civilization rebuilding?" "You provide wisdom, experience, support roles that don't require physic

His contract Bride, His secret child

His contract Bride, His secret child

"That's a global rebuild." He looked at the notation system. He wrote something. He held it up. At the top of a fresh page he had written: *Chapter title: The Global Rebuild. Definition: when the things that were broken come back better than they were. Not restoration. Improvement.* He lowered the notebook. He looked at us. "Is that right?" he said. I looked at Amara. She looked at me. She looked at Noah. "Yes," she said. "That's exactly right."
