My attempt was lame anyways. You asked me my question back, thats unfair. I guess what i did could be considered as weird. But not anymore, at least to me. Dark humor is still humor. I dont know if i prefer it to other forms of humor though. And yeah, youre right. I dont read much non fiction, much less poetry. I do read books, so i guess i could say yourr partially right. Academic books, biographies, self help books, things like that. I occasionally read mystery books, but not so much.

I asked, "So, Miss. How is it going with the Dark humour guy? Any update so far?" "HA! Dark humour! He's the funniest guy, I've ever met. Didn't you hear that line of him? I mean he called himself motherfucker; oh my, that's the kind of humour I love. Every time he cracks a joke, it makes me head over heels for him. And not forget his awkwardness around girls" the sarcasm was dripping from her mouth. But that changed my mood. And we both started chuckling, "He's not that bad!" I exclaimed. Right? Luca drawls, his voice just loud enough for Elijah to hear, “what do you call a werewolf that’s also a librarian?” I glance at him, intrigued but suspicious. “I don’t know. What?” “A fur-midable opponent for anyone who returns their books late.” It’s so cheesy that I can’t help but burst out laughing. Luca grins wider, clearly satisfied with himself. I cover my mouth, trying to stifle the laugh, but it’s too late. I’m doubled over, shaking with amusement, the ridiculous joke breaking through all the tension that had been swirling around me. And that’s all it takes.

Since I've already fucked her many times, there is nothing new between us, so I don't understand why she still acts so shy around me. No matter how long we talk, I never get tired of hearing her hilarious stories. Sara is different from other women in that she piques my interest beyond sex. She has a good sense of humor. "You just cried over a fictional romance book about the back and forth of an asshole angel and a very inquisitive girl who always died in each life," he laughed. "You are the most ridiculous person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing." I could not believe he just called me ridiculous. "I am not ridiculous and it's a really good book, you should read it before you jump to conclusions."

"How many times do I have to tell you, they're your parents? Why won't you even see if it's true?" "Because you're a compulsive liar. Why should I trust you? For all I know, this is another scheme of yours, so you can scam my money out of me!" I tossed the notice of critical illness in her face. "Then, look at this closely. Tell me, what's the name that's written on it?" She didn't even look. The woman stepped on it and slapped me. "What an actor. You came in with props. If you have that much time, learn from Zack. If you please me, I'll give you any money you want. You made the wrong move."

For this reason, I decided to move all then into strange short stories, that is already a storybook of different themes. I wandered through the aisles, running my fingers along the spines, feeling a sense of belonging I hadn't felt in a long time.
