This time I mirror his shocked look from earlier, he doesn’t explain or look up, brows scrunched in concentration as he plates our food, like I was going to grade him or something.
“You have to say more than that.”
He shrugs, setting my plate on the dining table, and pulling out the seat for me, I smile at him and to myself, what a gentleman, despite what he says.
“I saw a movie where the protagonist said it’s a propaganda they spread so people would reproduce.” he says with a shrug.
