Hunter Chen Novels & Stories

Meanwhile, inside the private room at Mystic Club. Wendell Hunt was having a toast with a East Asian man. This man was over hundred 90 cm tall and wore a wolf's fangs as a pendant. He had tanned skin and tone muscles. At first glance, he look like a farmer who work on the fields by the countryside. But the man was, in fact, a powerful figure. He was a mercenary leader who carried out activities in several countries of Asia all year long, his group was known as Wolf Hunter, and his name was Rocky.

Both the teachers and students called me this name, and now the freshman student was getting acquainted with it. ~ I've never been this nervous before, standing in the middle of the room with the school authorities. Chloe was standing by the side glaring hard at my figure. Chloe is the only daughter of the dean. She was the only person who stood while others settled down. My hand was crossed at the back, studying all of them. "Miss Wilson. Relax, we'll detain you when it's time." Dean said, giving me a very hateful glare. Okay, something's fishy. I literally believe that there was more to this.

And they had a fighting chance. Back at the hospital, Himy sat in her car, her laptop open on the seat beside her. She typed in a series of codes, her fingers moving quickly and confidently. She’d spent years learning the ins and outs of the Chen family’s financial systems, had spent years watching Kang Jin and his father move money around, hide assets, manipulate accounts. And now, she was using that knowledge against Victor.

He was eating this story up. “Well, turns out it was a werewolf named Kevin Sung. He liked eating fresh heart meat. Instead of hunting deer or elk or some other wildlife, he realized it was easier to hunt humans. He liked overweight, male hearts and figured rest stops were the fastest way to get them. Authorities figured out it was a werewolf, so they hired me.”

Chloe said then stretched a rumpled small paper forward. " Jenny's Taxi driver, an hunter man living in the forest. Find them! They are the Trump card, oniy they can prove my innocence." Melvin read out loud, sighed then sucked in his upper lip. " Little wonder she didn't let me read it out loud. This is a big task ahead, where and how do we find them?" Chloe pondered while probing Melvin's confused eyes. "Mr Hunter? Are you okay? Is something bothering you?" Chloe questioned while staring intently at Melvin who was still staring at the piece of paper.

The photo Richard had sent showed someone I'd never expected to see in Consilience surveillance- Marcus Chen, Lena's younger brother. A graduate student in Singapore, studying biotechnology, completely civilian and supposedly anonymous enough to avoid Consilience attention. "How did they even know about him?" Lena's voice carried shock and fear as she stared at the image on my phone. "I've kept my family completely separate from this operation. Marcus doesn't know anything about hunters, about resurrection, about any of this."

So I let her and watched her run off to the exit. “Today we bear witness to this challenge placed forth by the future alpha of Cruelcrest Hounds pack against the current alpha of the same. There is only one rule, no using of weapons or the violator will be disqualified and punished by death,” one Elder who I recall is named Dmitri announced as the audience screamed and cheered for Hunter. “Let the challenge begin!” he declared. It has not even been a second when his father, the alpha of the Cruelcrest Hounds pack, launched his entire body at him. Hunter dodged the attack easily and made a wide leap back. The alpha growled before attacking him again, but all his attempts were futile against H

While this gave him extra strength, it also made his fighting style impulsive and a little sloppy. I was brainstorming where to hide Richard so I could help Dad protect Sofia when the hunter who killed my mother came over to join his friends. “ They have an older daughter as well. I managed to kill this traitors werewolf bitch but the kid escaped with her baby brother. The kid even managed to kill Jordan. I suspect she also killed everyone else as Hank was dead on the ground and Jake is missing!,” the hunter yelled at his comrades.

But this forest also holds a number of beasts still at the earliest stage of their cultivation and quite ordinary in nature. Chen didn't plan to hunt. He planned to separate such beasts from their herds and fight with them. Once satisfied, he would leave. He was the greatest sinner of his world by killing the President of the Federation. Of course, the masses hailed him as a hero but the more dramatic effects of the collapse of the federation had yet to be revealed. To achieve all of this, planning isn't the only thing Chen was good at. He was a capable fighter, too. And now that he had new techniques to try, he felt his mood turning excited.
