My Trash Husband Is the Grand Chancellor

My Trash Husband Is the Grand Chancellor

A slop cart was parked right there, collecting kitchen waste from the neighborhood. The smell was something else entirely. However, I didn't have options. I clenched my teeth and climbed inside the barrel. I crouched in the dark and the stench and let the cart haul me, rocking and jolting, all the way out of town. 'Goodbye, my husband. 'Goodbye, Grand Chancellor.' - In the study, Jeremy worked through the last document and pressed his fingers to his temple. A small smile crossed his face as he set down his quill and got up, then headed toward the bedroom.

My Family’s choice

My Family’s choice

As far as family goes, they’re all I have… and Tyler doesn’t know anyone else. The thought hits me out of nowhere. They’re my family—but is Tyler part of it now, just because we’re married? Even though the marriage wasn’t planned and I’m only staying here for three months? What do I even call him that doesn't sound strange? He’s my husband… but is he a part of my family? This wasn’t supposed to be so complicated. When I reach my room, I unlock my phone. Several missed calls from my uncle and aunt. Two messages from Max. One from Vanessa. A few emails—definitely work-related—so I ignore them.

The Billionaires Desire

The Billionaires Desire

“Well, if you must know uncle, I have recovered eighty percent of the company's shares, and right now as we speak, my tech guy Fred is transferring back the family funds into my account, I have recovered all the funds that you and your son stole. I got them back from the foreign accounts that you and Travis siphoned all the family funds to. Oh, and guess what Travis, you no longer have a marketing and construction company, I changed the documents already. You acquired that company with the family funds and you stole contracts that should have been handled by our company, so it’s only natural that the company is merged with ours, right. All the contracts you stole have also been recovered and

Welcome To The Family

Welcome To The Family

They came to search for something and they wouldn’t stop until they got it. Eleanor just sighed deeply and agreed, walking back to the living room and sitting on the red couch. They didn’t have the biggest house in the city, but it was enough to give their kids space. They never struggled financially, Eleanor was a doctor, which a lot of people were thankful for because it was hard to see doctors willing to help in those situations; her husband was a lawyer, but his job situation was a bit harder due to the crime mostly having stopped since the creatures arrived in the city. It was a two storey house placed the closest to the park, it had a beautiful garden perfect for their kids to play wit

Keeping to the Family

Keeping to the Family

She had watched her brothers and sisters try to find themselves again as their parents divorced as if it really was the basic structure for their own lives. As she got to the club, she saw a few other faces that she knew. It wasn’t like they lived in a big area, so it wasn’t uncommon to run into the family that she had grown up with alongside her own. This night she saw three of the men from that family and two of her own brothers as well. She shook her head. She looked down at herself and knew one or more of them would have something to say. She found her friend, Marco. They went to a booth that he had reserved. “Sorry, kids, I forgot that this is the happening place.” He chuckled.

Mr. Webb, Make Your Move!

Mr. Webb, Make Your Move!

Charvi pressed, "Where do you need to go now?" "Could you drop me off at the house, please?" Back at home, Zara was surprised to see the house spotless. Sharon had to be rushed to the hospital that day. The food had been left out, but Trevor had saved what he could in the fridge and tossed the rest. That explained the big bag of trash Bob mentioned he had thrown out that evening. In the attic, she noticed her bedding was all new and neatly made, bringing a tear to her eye. They had cameras in the house. After asking Charvi to leave, Zara watched the last footage of Trevor on her phone. He was cleaning everywhere, something he had not done in decades. It was as if he knew it was his last chan

I'm Glad We Met After Marriage

I'm Glad We Met After Marriage

There was a refuse room behind the garden at the Gordon family’s mansion. The workers would leave the trash there before they took it out to the entrance for the trash collector. I walked briskly. So, I did not know if the sound behind me was Zach following me or the sound of the wind. I did not care about that. I just wanted to get rid of these things today. They were once my treasures. I had acted like a fool. For many nights, I would quietly open my treasure box and smile at the items inside.

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

“At any rate, she didn’t. I hope it won’t be weird the next time we run into each other. You are gonna do right by her, ain’t ya?” “Yep.” “She got no problem havin’ an instant family with Macie?” Lord, Cash could only hope they’d be a family. A real family. All of them. “Doesn’t appear to.” “Good. Give that sweet Macie a kiss from me.” Trevor climbed in his truck. “Keep in touch with me, you ol’ ornery Indian. Miss your ugly mug.” “Speakin’ of keepin’ in touch…you hear much from Edgard?”

As I look at my year in review, this author and book collection has been monumental in reigniting my hunger for reading. I can't track most of the books from this app easily for my year end count but in my heart this book means the most. I wish I could buy a printed version of each of these. .........
Mint Mocha
Only up to the first 3 stories...and I loved them! I wondered why the book was so big but it's broken down with several stories so when I get time, I'll read them accordingly. Pretty well written/edited and certain to make you desire more than you can handle.

The Heartbreak Prescription

The Heartbreak Prescription

They huddled together under the eaves, trying to stay dry. Edith grumbled, "Trish, this is all your fault! You were scammed by that fake Dr. Ceylan! You didn't just lose your own money—you dragged the entire family down with you!" Trish could hardly find the words to defend herself. Archer and Natalie immediately stepped in to protect Trish. "It's not entirely her fault. Jessica didn't help, either." They turned their attention to the second branch.

Mahr
This story is crap, Wendy lacks self respect, sells herself, dying for a man who disregards her sacrifices and mistreats her. Stanley is a flawed character, even If he feels Jessica did him a favor, still he rode on two boats and despite of knowing all wrongdoers, he cant tell right from wrong.
Green girl
How can a author update 1 or 2 chapters every couple of weeks? Don’t they have rules or something on this app like wth is this? Started with Wendy and Stanley, got 2 side character stories in between and still no end for the original FL and ML. For the new readers, don’t start with this one

She worked so hard to build that company and will be turning in her grave right now ” “ It all going to work out well, you are going to get your company back, and you will get your company back, and you will build it better than it ever was ”. His words gave her some assurance, she wanted to lean on his shoulder and let him pamper her, but all that was her wishful thinking.
