The Billionaire’s Pet
It was surprising, as I thought Aiden would trail behind me, and maybe try to talk to me, even though it looked like I was pushing him away.
It baffled me that he just turned away, and left. I wondered what was going through his mind, but this hurt me.
For a second, I thought I felt nothing for him. Even if I wanted him to stay away from me, I still wanted him around.
This was stupid, wanting someone to be there for you, yet pushing him away.
I couldn't blame him for leaving. My words, I know, were like thorns. I hated to speak whenever I was angry, but it was the only way I could express myself.
