I Am The Lycan's Luna Novels & Stories

My heart was pounding and I was certain there were black spots forming on my eyes. “Is it true?” I recognised Raven’s voice. “That Moonshine are not like us?” “Yes it is true.” Alpha Dane responds and I notice the small curve to his lips. “They are something known as a Lycan, part Wolf, part human, like the one that was killed attacking our pack. He had belonged to Moonshine” There is a collective gasp. “What about the new Luna?” Someone calls out and I could feel loads of eyes on me. “She isn’t a Luna.” Alpha Dane grins, “She is an Alpha.”

I frowned but asked, "Can I know what were the creatures you were talking about?" She nodded her head and told, "Fairies, Warlocks, White witches, Vampires, werewolves, and Lycans" I laughed and said, "You were kidding right? That's so funny. I know enough of all this " My laughter died when I saw her serious face. She voiced, "Yep, I know that you know. Your mother Jade is a Lycan Luna. She is an Alpha" I raised a brow and asked, "What do you mean Alpha?" He licked her dry lips and replied, "Yep, she is also an alpha and has two alpha mates"

It was time for ceremony as Zack started speaking “ Joined before the moon goddess, our people as we celebrate the ascension of a new Luna to the golden lycan pack. A Luna shall be chosen by the moon goddess and be the symbol of love and strength and bring us light during the darkest nights. She shall lead beside the male alpha and rule with sincerity and kindness. She shall inspire and protect her people with her life” Zack recited from the traditional history book of the pack as he moved his piercing gaze from the book to meet my warm one. “Emily starling, will you honor us and become the Luna of golden lycan pack?” “Yes I do”

I asked, trying to change the subject. I wanted to know more about Alex—the boy I knew from afar had grown into a man, one that I didn't necessarily know anymore, but I didn't want to make it obvious. Luke looked at me all confused, not knowing what I was asking. "Know what exactly, Luna?" He asked. "That I was the one who crossed the border?" I asked, ignoring the title he used to address me. "I'm a Lycan myself," he said proudly. "I have special gifts, too."

"How did you...? What happened?" Luna smiled, her power subsiding. "When I fell into the abyss, I encountered a being of pure light and energy. It granted me a new understanding of my own powers, and it imbued me with strength I never knew I had. I was able to harness that light and unleash it against Darius." Amelia's eyes widened in amazement. "That's incredible, Luna. You saved us." Luna nodded, her expression filled with determination. "But we need to find Lycan. He's still down there, and we can't leave him in the darkness."

Gently pulling her lips against my neck I merely held them there as she tried to struggle when I suddenly pulled my lips right close to her ear, “I am a Lycan, my mother was the queen of the Lycan kingdom, the daughter to the queen of the children of Gaia, her father the former king to all lycans, but she ran away because my uncle tried to force her into marriage. She met Ward and fell in love with him, and him with her. She was already pregnant with me at the time when she met him, and when I was eight the brothers killed her,” I felt her take in a deep breath as her body tensed. “I am the rightful alpha, ruler and king of the Lycan kingdom and the thirteen tribes, but Ward is keeping me hi

He started and added shakily, “We all know the rebels have a way of turning any werewolf they scratch into one of them, and we are not as strong as the Lycans.” Grunts of agreement resonated through the hall, forcing Rexton to provide an answer. “Yes, we are sadly weaker than the Lycans, but even the Lycans didn’t defeat the witches until our very own Dr. Nicola performed a miracle with the Lycan Princess, your very own Luna.” D-Did he just refer to her… Seraphina as the Luna? That was my title! Not his to throw around and give to that bitch! “And I can assure you that they are currently making that same magic, and we will win this war.”

None of these next sons or daughters showed any sign of being part of the lycan gene. Until now, you all know the story of my first mate. I recently found my second chance mate, Olivia. Her eighteen birthday was on the blood moon night, and we marked and mated that night, not knowing it would make her pregnant. She was given the Luna powers a month later and was ready for her first shift when the moon goddess visited us. She told us this story and told us that my mate had been given an ancient soul. A lycan soul, so she could match me in strength.

“What the hell is that?” He shuffles from side to side. “I will have to cut the children from the Luna’s body when the time comes.” A growl rumbles in my chest. “You can go straight to hell.” “Multiple lycan births are rare,” he warns me. “She may not survive.” Panic pulses through my veins. I can’t lose Alora in childbirth, but I want to honor her wishes. “I will speak to her, but I will find her the witch as well.”

That's it! I can’t stand it anymore," Kimberly stormed into the kitchen, her fists clenched. "Why are we sitting here, pretending everything’s fine? Lucy's lying in a hospital bed, Mom! Renee turned, her face weary. "Kimberly, we’ve talked about this. These wolves, they’re beyond reason. They’re destroying everything, and you’re our only hope against them. "Against the entire Lycan race. Do I look like some all-powerful merger?" Kimberly spat. "What if it’s just one rogue wolf? Why does everyone act like we have to annihilate them all? I’m not going to be the family's weapon!"
